As you might know I have chosen the 3 best 161 pilots to be combat trainers (aka Top Guns). Their aim is to show the others techniques and maneuvers that are useful for dogfights and team engagements.

Those are:
161Gen. Firehawk, 161LtCol. Hawk and 161Cpt. Redwolf
The quantity of Top Guns can vary depending on the number of squad members. I will set up Saturday and Sunday as training days as it is the most suitable day for all members I think. As soon as I have the time-zones information from every member I might be able to organize special flights coordinated per time zones which is much more effective.

As addition to the standard training every pilot can also ask for a "manual" that I've written. I think it can help you a lot on getting a basic idea of how to perform in combat. It is 161-only property and shall not be given forward to any other pilots.

ROE:
All training flights are either 1on1s (all passes COLD), 2on2s (1st pass COLD, all others HOT) or AOW (same as 2on2).
Instructors can set up special training conditions and engagements. If a pilot refuses to participate in training we has to give a reason.
