IL2:Forgotten Battles is the most realistic WWII Simulation at the moment and the only that features combat on the eastern front between the German Luftwaffe and the Russian VVS forces.

As it is a very challenging and catching simulation that does not require such a long time to get used to unlike most modern jet SIMs  I thought that this game would actually be a great addition to our squad.
Our main focus is on the axis side of planes which means that we fly for Germany, Finland and Hungary. As consequence our fighting techniques are dedicated to boom n' zoom so every pilot should keep up his speed and attack the enemy by making short but exact strafing runs.
However don't be surprised to see a 161 pilot flying a VVS or USAAF plane from times to times :-)
