Things In My Kitchen

to keep vampires away, nothing worse than getting bit on the neck
when you're trying to prepare a meal
cilantro...
sometimes referred to as chinese parsley, but i've never had any turn up
in chinese dishes, just thai or mexican
sesame oil...
just a little goes a long ways, pricey too
black pepper...
coarse and fine ground, the coarse tends to make a visual presence as
well as gives the dish more of a bite
white pepper...
this does bite
soy sauce...
my NaCl replacement
ginger...
roots and ground
crush red chili...
i like my food HOT
2-3 can openers...
