Summary
While in hospital, young professional Stefan Lanz discovers he has tested positive for HIV. Since Lanz belongs to a very select group of 'friends', he realises one of them must have infected him. Lanz takes a revolver and starts to hunt them down, one by one but Moser and Rex are on his trail.
The good
Pay attention to Gedeon Burkhard as Stefan Lanz. He returns later in the series as Inspector Alex Brandtner, after Moretti leaves. As for Rex, he spends quite a bit of this episode scaring people, especially Stockinger.
The bad
This episode is full of hints but nobody explicitly mentions what Lanz's group meets for. I assume they mean 'orgy' but feel free to make up your own mind. At one point, Moser seems to shoot Lanz but Lanz doesn't appear to be shot - no blood, no moaning, just handcuffs.
