Well, my mom decided almost at the last minute to become involved with a Heart Walk ( Tampa Bay HW 2004) and my family is going to walk tomorrow to raise money for research and patient care for those with heart problems. If you wish to help donate to this worthy cause, you will find a way to do so: Heart walk donation pagefor my family (specifically, my mother) -sigh- Why didn't I tell you guys this before? Well, as I mentioned above, my mom only decided to do this quite recently so I wasn't prepared to share the news with everyone (argh! -that's not good since the point of this whole thing is to walk and have sponsors who are willing to support us with monies for the sake of the patients- why on Earth didn't mom think of this?! ...*grumbles then stops*) Anyways, pray for us and support us if you can sorry for the hastiness of this message, but that couldn't be helped due to numerous reasons (one of which I've elaborated on quite enough by now). -sigh- Thanks in advance!...good night. -Daiko~ (ah! and please do pray for my little brother, he really, really needs help I fear that he truly lacks self-control for he is too prone to putting things off so that he can enjoy passing pleasures in the present instead of laboring for awhile so that he can have free time later -sigh- please help him!)

Today, my little town* has started it's Flapjack Festival for the season and... I'm missing it ;_; still, though I don't want to miss out I feel somehow that this is fine and that somehow I'll get there before the end of the festival (runs from Nov. 5-7 this year) at least, I hope so. **** four pieces from DA: fireflies in a jar"How to" tutorial by Ashwingsa word of warning for this, it has a HUGE image- but it is a good tutorial if you want to learn how to CG images, so be patient! Today, for the observation of All Saints' Day my younger brother and I headed over to our church to get to the 8 o'clock Mass (yes, it was in the morning and I usually have a very hard time getting to this Mass on time) and we made it~ I really would like to give God thanks for that, I do know that my brother and I did put forth effort yet I know that it was due to God helping us that we had that small miracle of waking up early- the extra hour is something to be grateful for as well. **** Pre-election day Daiko madness.
