[A-M is trying to get rid of Lucy so that he can talk to Gilly]
Lucy: Well I sure hope the bus will take a button 'cause that's all I've got in my pocket.
Alan-Michael [giving her some cash]: Take this.
Lucy [to Gilly]: I didn't do anything for this. It's just a loan. [to Alan-Michael] Interest free.

Lucy: If you keep your eyes and ears open and look at every memo that comes across your hands in the office, you follow the world report, people will start think you've got potential and they'll come asking you for tips.
Alan-Michael: May I ask how many times we've seen Working Girl?

[Alan-Michael offers to give Lucy his car so that he can get Roger's henchman off his tail]
Lucy: What do I have to do?

[After Blake reveals her engagement to Ross]
Lucy: Three down, none to go.
Alan-Michael: And what is that supposed to mean?
Lucy: Ex-wives. They're remarried or accounted for. I like that.

Alan-Michael: Lucy I have lied! I have manipulated people just like [Alan] does!
Lucy: But you're not lying anymore and you have never lied to me.
Alan-Michael: No, not to you. Never to you.

Alan-Michael: You love me ?
Lucy: Yes. I love you.
Alan-Michael: Well then, nothing bad is going to happen. I’m not going to let you off that easy.

Alan-Michael [dictating a memo to Lucy]: Dear Miss Cooper, regarding our policy on inter office relationships, disregard all previous memos because I'm the boss and I have fallen madly in love with my office manager. Please be advised that I love you with all my heart.

Lucy: How could I ever find somebody like you?
Alan-Michael: We're in Cracker Jack boxes across America.

Alan-Michael: I’ll see you in heaven. If you're not there I know there isn’t any.
