Phil's Excavating is a small family excavating business serving residential, small business, contractor and landscaper customers in North East Rhode Island including Cumberland, North Smithfield, Smithfield, Lincoln, Burrillville and Woonsocket (as well as neighboring Massachusetts towns). While we are based in Bellingham Massachusetts, John Vadenais, our owner, lives in Cumberland RI and his son and many aunts, uncles and cousins also live in Rhode Island. He knows, understands, and loves Rhode Island and looks forward to working with you on your excavation job.
