subcontracting, a broad overview of possible activities is described.
Procedures
In
general, PSDP composes Terms of References for a given project to be executed.
From a long list, a short list is composed of organisations who are invited to
prepare their proposal for the execution of the assignment. PSDP considers the
proposals, and will choose one organisation for the execution, and will propose
this organisation a contract.
