ICQ Skins



How to install an ICQ skin?
First You will need to download ICQ Plus and install it by extracting (unzipping) the file to a folder of your choice. Click on the Setup.exe file and the installation wizard will guide you through the installation process. You will then have to restart your computer. Then you can go on to install the skins. All skins on this site are in the IPZ format (ICQ Plus Skin Zip) and install themselves simply by doubleclicking on them in your Windows Explorer. Alternatively, or if you have older skins in the ZIP format, you can install your ICQ skins the old fashioned way:

1. Open ICQ Plus (Go to the ICQ main menu - bottom left corner - and click on "Plus").
2. Select "Import" and browse to the folder conzaining your skins.
3. Open the skin - you should now see a preview of the new skin.
4. Click "Apply" and all the files for the new skin will be copied into a new folder within the C:\Program Files\ICQ Plus\Skins directory and your ICQ display will change to show the new skin.
