Keroberos/Kero
He is the seal and protector of the Clow Cards. Once when all the cards were in the book, he was in a form that looks like a lion with wings, but winout a mane. But after Sakura released almost all the Clow Cards by summoning The Windy, he is just a stuff animal with wings. He was the one who made Sakura a Cardcaptor and gave her the key to the sealing wand.

Sakura Avalon
She is daughter of Aiden Avalon and Natasha Avalon, and the sister of Tori Avalon. She is a very energetic person and she is very popular in school. Some of her friends are Chelsea, Rita, Nikki, and even Zachary, but her best friend is Madison Taylor who is also her third cousin. She even has a rival named Meilin Rae who is just jealous of her because Meilin thinks that Sakura will try to take her boyfriend, Li Showron. Sakura's real crush is on Julian Star. She was the one that accidentally released the Clow Cards when she summoned The Windy card. This was the reason she was made a Cardcaptor. Later we find out that she already had magical powers because she was the choosen one that had the powers to open the seal of the Clow Book.

Madison Taylor
She is Sakura's best friend and third cousin. She seems really nice and always loves to smile. She loves to video tape Sakura's everyday routines, which includes card capturing. Unlike her friend, Sakura, her family is totally rich. That's the only reason she can get all those things for Sakura's costume. She knows fashion better than anyone else in her school. Only she and Meilin Rae have no magical powers and know Kero isn't a stuff animal. Madison has an obsession with Sakura, but I really think and hope it's because she really admires her friend.

Li Showron
In the first U.S episode, he was introduced as Sakura's rival, but several episodes later he seems more like her partner and friend. Unlike Sakura, he isn't the "official" Cardcaptors, but he also has magical powers probably because he is a decendant of Clow Reed, who was the creator of the Clow Cards. According to the japanese episodes, he is from Hong Kong, which is where his mother and sisters live. He visits them from time to time, but he lives in Reedington with a cousin of his mother. He rarely ever smiles. It seems he has a fiancee named Meilin Rae, who absolutly loves him. Everytime he sees Julian Star he either runs away or blushes. He is attracted to Julian Star because of his magical powers.

Meilin Rae
This is Li Showron's girlfriend and a third cousin. Like Li, she's also from Hong Kong. Meilin is very obsessed with Li and she's very jealous of Sakura everytime Li helps her capture a Clow Card. She is also a relative or Clow Reed, but doesn't have any magical powers. She's very fast when it's needed.

Tori Avalon
He is Sakura's older brother. Tori has magical powers like Sakura, expect he can see ghosts and he has talked with his dead mother. This is basically the reason Sakura is afraid of ghosts. He picks on his sister a lot, but he really does care about her which is shown on several episodes of Cardcaptors. His best friend is Julian Star, who Sakura has a crush on.

Aiden Avalon
This man is Sakura Avalon's father. Sakura loves him and thinks he is the best father anyone could ever have. He is an archeologists, college professor and a single parent because his wife and Sakura's mother, Natasha Avalon died only a couple years after Sakura was born. He married Sakura's mother when he was 25 years and she was only 16 years. He still loves her very much and hasn't tried to find another wife even though she is dead.

Natasha Avalon
She is Sakura's mother and there is a reason you never see her in the episodes. She married Aiden Avalon when she was only 16 years of age and when he was 25 years old, which her parents didn't approve. She died when Sakura was only 3 years old and Tori was only 10 years old. After she married Aiden and had kids, they didn't have much money so she worked as a model, which is why her family has a lot of picture of her. Even as a ghost she watches over her family. She has even saved Sakura from "bad things" a couple times, maybe even in her card capturing. She can talk through her Tori sometimes because he has the power to talk with ghosts.

Julian Star
He is Tori Avalon's best friend and classmate. He is Sakura's first crush and the reason we know this is because Sakura seems to blush everytime she sees him. He takes Sakura out to eat and gives her presents. He has a really close relationship with her brother, Tori, which you will find out in later episodes. In the first couple episodes, he seems more like a friend and always staying at the Avalon's household. It's not a nice thing to say, but we might see the episode that tells Cardcaptors fans that he's gay.

Chelsea
She is one of Sakura's friends even though they seem really different. Chelsea likes to hang out with Nikki probably because they are best friends. She is on the cheerleader squad along with Sakura and her other friends. Her cousin, Zachary like to tell stories that he makes up, but Chelsea can always tell everytime he's telling a fib.

Rita
She is Sakura's very good friend, though not best friend. She's good at a lot of things such as cooking and sewing. She's very mature and nice, and that's why she's going out with someone much older than her.

Nikki
She seems like a really nice girl and she is Chelsea's best friend. She hangs out with Chelsea all the time and even on the cheerleading squad with her. She's also one of Sakura's friends too. She believes in such things like UFOs and ghosts, and loves to tell stories about them!

Zachary
He is Chelsea's cousin and friend since kindergarden. He is also Sakura's friend as well. He likes to make up stories, but only Chelsea can alway tell everytime he's lying. Even though most of his stories are fibs, they are pretty good and they seem to entertain the girls.
