C

Chibi- Japanese word for young, youth, little, or small. This term is used to refer to children, and does not apply to inanimate objects.

F
Fusion- Fusion is when two beings fuse together and become one. Some example of this are Piccolo and Nail fusing in the Frieza series, or Trunks and Goten becoming Gotenks, and even Vegita and Goku, who form Gogeta through the fusion dance. Goku and Vegeta also fuse through the Potara earings. Piccolo also fuses with Kami after fusing with Nail to become Piccolo-Daimaou. There are two ways to fuse. One, the Namek way, is just to hold out your hand and suddenly light flashes all around you and soon you and the other person are one. Another way is the Fusion dance. The Fusion Dance is done like so; two people that are of the same race do a special dance and if done correctly they become a more powerful being. The fusion lasts for 30 mins and can't be repeated for about another 60 mins thereafter. Yet another way to fuse is through the Potara Earrings. This is done by two people wearing special earings, one on the left earlobe and one on the right. This fusion is for the rest of there life unless they fuse with a magical being in which case it wears off.
K
Ki- Ki is basically internal energy, and the source power in DBZ. When Goku says, "I can sense his/her energy.", in the English version, what he's actually saying is, "He/She has an incredible ki.". Goku and the rest know how to suppress their ki so they can't be detected by Scouters, or villains who can sense ki. This may be a difficult concept to grasp since the word is ki cannot be translated into English, but the more you see of DBZ, the more you'll understand it.
Ki Detection- Ki detection is the ability to read a fighters powerlevel, even though you can't detect their "exact" powerlevel, it gives you a sense of how strong they are and whether they are good or evil. At the start of Dragonball Z Frieza's minions, including Vegeta, Nappa, Raditz, the Ginyu Force, and Frieza himself, used scouters to tell how strong a fighter was, in other words detecting there Ki. Later on when alot of the scouters started being destroyed, during battles, and other various ways; Fighters started using there sense to detect Ki's "powerlevels". This begins happening once Vegeta leaves his battle on Earth and starts his hunt for the Namek Dragonballs. Once Goku lands on Namek he uses his Ki detecting skills to sense who is where and how strong they "really" are. He does this by just flying and picking out there powerlevels or Ki.
M

Mystic- An adjective used to describe one who has received the Kaioshin powerup. Thus, Gohan, after receiving the power boost, becomes Mystic Gohan.
O
Oozaru- A giant monkey form which Saiyans are able to morph into by viewing moonlight.
P
