Loves: Books, cleanliness, taking charge, peace and quiet, Bovril, his shop Loathes: Loud parties, inconsiderate people, cooking Bio: Rupert (known usually as Giles) grew up in England, where after a troubled childhood, calmed down and became a librarian. He is currently the owner of a magic shop in Sunnydale, which he says is 'like combining two of my favorite pastimes. He will miss his large collection of books, as well as his dearly beloved friends.
