Semolina Rosemary Bread

After 3 weeks of Raisins, my wife wanted plain bread. Since I still have bags of semolina, I decided to bake semolina loaves with Rosemary flavoring. I stuck with the formula for the Raisin Bread. The results were good and I think that they would make great sandwich bread especially with roast meat.
