| A full weekend of activities are planned for the 2012 TRAILBLAZERS RALLY: | |
| Friday Evening | Registration will be at the Dining Hall at Camp Clewell. Please get checked in to your campsite before registration so we know where everyone is staying. Registrations will begin at 6PM and the tour of Camp Clewell will be at 8PM. Those eating at Camp Clewell are expected to pitch in to cover the cost of food. If you bring food, you are free to use the fridge/freezer and cabinets at the Dining Hall. |
| FRI 6:30 | Pot Luck dinner for those staying the entire weekend. Burgers and Dogs and fixins will be provided. Bring a covered side dish, or desert |
| FRI 8:30 | Ice Cream Social at the DINING HALL. Bring photos, board and card games |
| SAT 7AM | Breakfast. (Volunteers needed for cooking and cleaning) |
| SAT morning/afternoon | Free time to enjoy what French Creek State Park and Hopewell Furnace have to offer. |
| SAT 6-6:45PM | Pot Luck Dinner. (different volunteers needed at 5PM for cooking/cleaning) |
| SAT 7PM | Barbershop Concert at the Amphitheater featuring the GUEST QUARTET followed by the TRAILBLAZERS CHORUS |
| SAT 8:30PM-the wee hours | AFTERGLOW!! Mix and mingle with barbershoppers from around the mid-atlantic district. Polecats, tags, pitch pipe ensembles, campfires, etc. |
| SUN 7AM | Breakfast, camp clean up (volunteers needed once again) |
| SUN 12PM | Goodbye. Camp Clewell must be vacated by 12 noon. We will meet to say goodbye and campers can once again enjoy some free time at French Creek State Park or Hopewell Furnace. |
