| The annual Mid-Atlantic Barbershoppers Trailblazers Rally will be held Friday September 6th through Sunday September 8th at the Capitol KOA in Millersville, MD which is about halfway between Baltimore, Washington and Annapolis. This years event will be hosted by Wagon-master David Kelly. David is a Baritone and is the President of the White Rose Chorus in York, PA. This is his second year as Wagon-master and only his third year as a trailblazer. |  |

| This years event can only be described as no frills as low attendance and lack of campground support has probably ruled out a paid guest quartet. Presently the plan is to meet up and enjoy the weekend. To participate in the rally, simply reserve a site and let us know you are coming. We will arrange a pot luck supper, ring some chords and just spend time being barbershoppers. |  | ||||||
| Barbershoppers in the Mid-Atlantic District have been holding these events once or twice a year for over 4 decades. (See History Page) The past 2 rallies have been held in Pennsylvania. The fall 2010 rally was held at the KOA in Gettysburg, PA. The guest quartet that evening was "2nd Generation." The afterglow was held at one of the campsites and things were going along great when the camp noise patrol rolled up in a golf cart and put a stop to us barbershoppers being barbershoppers. It was fun while it lasted but ended much too soon. Last years event was held at French Creek State Park in Elverson, PA. Faces for Radio put on a great show for the 6 trailblazers and handful of campers in attendance. |  | ||||||
