LIMITED WARRANTY

OZONE ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES warrants to the original owner its Water Treatment System to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase so long as the Water Treatment System has been installed in accordance with the installation instructions and maintained properly.

       If found defective, return defective parts to:

       Call Ozone Engineering Technologies prior to returning any defective parts to obtain an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization). Write this number in bold letters on the outside of the shipping carton. Pack unit well, Ozone Engineering Technologies WILL NOT be responsible for any shipping damage. Ship freight prepaid as Ozone Engineering Technologies WILL NOT accept collect shipments.

       Ozone Engineering Technologies will provide, as the exclusive remedy, any defective part or assembly to be repaired or replaced at Ozone Engineering Technologies' sole discretion. Field service labor is specifically excluded from the terms of this warranty.

        Except as set forth above, there shall be no other warranties or liability either expressed or implied, and in no event shall Ozone Engineering Technologies, its agents or employees be liable for injury or damage to any person or property whatsoever, or for special, indirect, contingent secondary or consequential damage of any nature however so arising. Ozone Engineering Technologies does not warrant the Ozone Engineering Water Treatment System to be merchantable or for a particular use.
