Another good one is CNN which has a
nice overview of many news topics and Yahoo
News which is a favorite starting place for many people as it
includes news you can use and offers a good starting point for searching
the web. If you want to see any local or worldwide newspaper, go
to Refdesk.com they have
a shortcut to almost any online newspaper.

Network This is an excellent portal to a variety of locations.
Including News, education and more. A well rounded area to
start your web exploration. Another great place to start your web experience is a site called About.
They have a nice assortment of jokes, recipes, a section for children (both
young and old) and much more. Take a look, it is worthwhile.

Finance are both favorites. Also consider Stock
Master which is also very good. Datek does an outstanding job
of explaining investments - just go to their learning center. Yahoo is a
good spot to get the inside scoop from the message boards. No
telling what you will find before you make the big investment...

Financial Learning You may ask why I have General
Electric listed under finance. This is a web site that offers much
financial insight and training. They also offer insurance
at great rates for both car and auto. You could save hundreds. Another site
that covers all aspects of your finances including
investing, mortgage, retirement, taxes and more can be found at the main Quicken
home page which can be reached through the link Quicken.
