These are some sites that I have bookmarked. As you will see, like the quotes I have listed, they are in random order with no particular patterns to them. Some are fun, some are cool, some are insane, and some you just need for life...

I give a more detailed description of Gamelan on my music page, but basically this is the site to go to if you are a music fan in the Boston/Massachussetts area. They put together some of the best live shows around not to mention their now-annual Berkshire Music Festival during the summer. Not only that, but these guys are also all about the environment!

If you want to find out a tour schedule of a band or concerts going on in your area, this is the best possible site. Pollstar is the most respected industry insiders' magazine, so all bands try to publish their tour info there.

This is the company for which I am working this summer. They provide information for travelers about good flight deals, car and hotel reservations, etc. Check them out.

My dorm room doesn't have a thermometer, so I go to this site every morning to figure out whether I should wear my favorite g-string or throw on a ski-jacket to go outside.

Google is a new search engine that actually seems to work and not give you 100 useless hits! Give it a try and judge for yourself.

I forgot who first told me about this, but this fake newspaper is hilarious. I like that brand of humor...

This page is cool...it translates your standard english into ebonics--try it with your papers!

Wanna know what's going on at Brown? This site has a listing of all the events, lectures, concerts, alcoholic anonymous meetings, etc. that are happening at Brown. Visist this if you want to see how pathetic Ivy League entertainment is.

Some Brown students, who apparently have nothing better to do, are running this site. It has plenty of uselful and useless info like funny professor quotes, weather, ratty menu, and events on and off campus... give it a try.

This is the best site I could find where you can get to images of some of the greatest art of the past few centuries. Great stuff to look at or to set as your wallpaper.

Reality is what you make of it. This is a very relaxing buddha...if you are stressed, click here and meditate :)

MailRiot is a site created by Brown students that allows students from Brown, Harvard, and BU to check and send their e-mail over the web. It can be really convenient if you are not around your dorm room. Brown is supposed to get their web-based e-mail up soon, but until then, this is the next best thing. Pretty impressive, if you ask me.
