Availability
Beef: available year round. We try to process
every three to four months depending on supply and demand.
Because our beef is
100% grass-fed, spring, summer and fall availability is higher. Winter
availability is extra product which we store here from our fall harvest.
Processing
All processing is done at
Bringhurst Meats in Berlin, NJ.
This facility is the only federally inspected, certified organic processor in
New Jersey.
