Mr. Tyson,
Your behavior is disgusting and disgraceful!
This is the third letter I am addressing to you in 60 days.
You are wasting my time, inflicting unnecessary pain and suffering, ignoring my letters for two months and retaliating against me because I am a white, Christian man - this is a hate crime.
You refused to take responsibility for your actions, you had 60 days to solve this situation and you did nothing, you did not investigated this situation, you did not fire or prosecuted those responsible, you did not provided any financial compensation.
The only thing you did in 60 days is to forward my complaint from one department to another without any results or the intention of solving this situation.
During my medical treatment, Kaiser committed sever and gross medical malpractice and denied me basic medical treatment. During my last treatment Kaiser staff made insulting, racist and xenophobic derogatory remarks.
Kaiser doctors and staff, knowingly and willfully falsified my medical reports and medical records in order to help my employer and their worker’s compensation insurance denied or reduce my worker’s compensation claim.
Your legal department refuses to respond or to provide financial compensation.
I need immediately an answer from your legal department.
Your reckless and irresponsible actions and your hate crimes will destroy your reputation and career, Kaiser Permanente reputation and will cause Kaiser Permanente an astronomical financial loss
