Mr. Tyson,
I do not understand your hatred and evilness.
This is the second letter I am addressing to you in 45 days. After the first letter I sent to you over a month ago (see the attached copy), I received a phone call from Ms. Katy Boyer, case resolution specialist, 303-388-3757, who told me that she will investigate my complaint and respond within 30 days, it's been over 30 days and I did not received an answer from you, Ms. Kati Boyer or anyone from Kaiser.
It is obviously that you have no intention of responding to my complaint or taking responsibility for your actions. Your intentions were perfectly clear from the beginning when nobody contacted me for details or evidence and then you decided to investigate yourself instead of hiring an independent examiner.
Considering your past behavior, I do not expect to receive from Kaiser a positive answer to me letter. I wasted my time for the past five years to talk to Kaiser in a civilized manner, from now on; I will post on the internet my story, the evidence and copies of all the ignored letters sent to Mr. Bernard J Tyson and Kaiser in the past five years.
I will also create a website where I will post all the prior mentioned documents and I will advise anyone who has an issue with Kaiser, not to repeat my mistake and try to solve the situation by talking and negotiating with Kaiser in a civilized manner, instead I will advice them to go immediately to a prestigious law firm who works on contingency and sue Kaiser for millions of dollars.
This is 100% your fault, I wasted my time for the past five years trying to talk to Kaiser and solved this situation in a civilized manner, but Kaiser ignored all of my letters and phone messages.
You might take pleasure in the fact that I was left partially disabled, abused, discriminated against with substantial financial losses and my workers compensation substantially reduced because Kaiser falsified my medical reports and medical records, however, my exposure of this story will cost Kaiser hundreds of millions of dollars in lawsuits which could otherwise be settled for a fraction, without a lawyer.
Again I do not understand your hatred and evilness.
