Mr. Tyson,


I am addressing this very serious issue to you personally, because the Kaiser Executive Liaison and Legal Department in Denver, Colorado refuses to handle this situation and they are ignoring my letters and messages for over five years. 


Between 2008 and 2011 I had several work related injuries. Kaiser was the medical provider for my employer and worker’s compensation insurance. During my medical treatment Kaiser committed sever and gross medical malpractice and denied me basic medical treatment. During my last treatment Kaiser staff made insulting, racist and xenophobic derogatory remarks.

Kaiser doctors and staff, knowingly and willfully falsified my medical reports and medical records in order to help my employer and their worker’s compensation insurance denied or reduce my worker’s compensation claim.

I understand that they pay the medical bills, but this does not give Kaiser the right to put my life in immediate danger.


In the summer of 2011, I complained to Kaiser, sometimes in mid September 2011, I received a letter from Mr. Craig Miller (Executive Liaison, Member Services, 2500 S Havana Street , Aurora, CO 80014) and a phone call from Kaiser Permanente Legal Department (10350 E Dakota Ave Denver, CO 80247), asking me to contact their office regarding a settlement and to be very specific regarding the settlement amount.


I immediately responded to both and explained that due to Kaiser Permanente reckless and irresponsible actions of falsifying my medical reports I lost approximately $80K on my worker’s compensation claim, plus the additional stress, disappointment and anger over the entire situation. 

I NEVER ASKED FOR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR OUTRAGES COMPENSATIONS.  



By today legal standards this is 100 million dollar civil claim, my $80K for worker’s compensation loss claim, plus some additional compensation for stress, disappointment and anger over the entire situation, was more the reasonable, considering the severity of Kaiser crimes including the falsification of my medical reports and medical records in order to help my employer and their worker’s compensation insurance denied or reduce my worker’s compensation claim.


After responding to Kaiser requests for a settlement with my very modest $80K for worker’s compensation loss claim, plus the additional stress, disappointment and anger over the entire situation, Mr. Craig Miller (Executive Liaison, Member Services, 2500 S Havana Street , Aurora, CO 80014) and Kaiser Permanente Legal Department (10350 E Dakota Ave Denver, CO 80247) never responded to my several letters since 2011.


Their actions of ignoring my letters are extremely rude, irresponsible, disrespectful, unprofessional, unwise and simpleminded, the fact that Kaiser contacted me first regarding a settlement, clearly represents an admission of guilt by Kaiser.


Please let me know of your intentions regarding my situation and remember Kaiser’s action:

Ignoring this letter may end up costing you a lot more then my very reasonable offer in addition to a catastrophic PR international situation.


I hope that you will do the right thing, make the right decision, contact me ASAP and solve this problem in a civilized way.
