Eastern Kentucky University coach Jeff Neubauer started the following lineup: 6-7 Sr. Timmy Knipp, 6-5 Jr. Denzel Richardson, 6-8 Sr. Eric Stutz, 6-2 Sr. Corey Walden, and 6-2 So. Isaac McGlone. Southeast Missouri State coach Dickey Nutt countered with 6-7 Sr. Aaron Adeoye, 6-6 So. Antonius Cleveland, 6-9 Sr. Nino Johnson, 6-0 Jr. JJ Thompson, and 6-4 Jr. Isiah Jones.
Eastern Kentucky University defeated Southeast Missouri State by a score of 68-55. The score was tied three times and there were six lead changes in this game.
