Bourbon County 51  Breathitt County 8Clay Bolin threw three touchdown passes to lead the victors.

Highlands 47  Bryan Station 41 Beau Hoge carried the ball nine times for 108 yards and three touchdowns and completed 13 of 25 passes for 226 yards and two touchdowns with one interception to lead Highlands.  Andre Davis completed 24 of 48 passes for 324 yards and four touchdowns with one interception to lead Bryan Station.

Madison Southern 42  Madison Central 11Damien Harris carried the ball 17 times for 318 yards including touchdown runs of 30, 66, 8, and 26 yards.

Lafayette 34  Lexington Catholic 24Walker Wood carried the ball 15 times for 135 yards and three touchdowns and completed 11 of 22 passes for 190 yards and a touchdown with one interception to lead Lafayette.  Jaylen Jones carried the ball 22 times for 175 yards and a touchdown to lead Lexington Catholic.

Lexington Christian Academy 55  Green County 16Dillon Wheatley carried the ball 13 times for 160 yards and two touchdowns and Nick Whitman added 103 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries to lead the Eagles.

Franklin County 49  Oldham County 7Barrett Sanderson completed 17 of 26 passes for 243 yards and four touchdowns with one interception to lead the Flyers.

Graves County 26  Murray 17Cody Crider threw for 288 yards and two touchdowns to lead the victors.

Belfry 38  Harlan County 20Austin Hatfield carried the ball nine times for 124 yards and a touchdown and Xondre Willis added 81 yards and two touchdowns on six carries to lead the Pirates.
