Metcalfe County coach Peter DiStefano started the following lineup: 5-9 Jr. Katie Huffman, 5-7 Sr. Jordan Samuels, 6-1 Fr. MacKenzie Coleman, 5-0 Jr. Kelly Moss, and 5-5 Jr. Samantha Perry.  Allen County-Scottsville coach Brad Bonds countered with 5-8 So. Savannah Gregory, 5-7 So. Jordan Brooks, 6-1 Jr. Holly Robinson, 5-6 So. Kayla Hudson, and 5-7 Sr. Katie Young.

Allen County-Scottsville raced out to a 20-4 first quarter lead on their way to a 65-40 victory over Metcalfe County.  Allen County-Scottsville shot 41.9% from the field including one of six from the three point line.  They connected on 12 of 18 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 21 Metcalfe County turnovers.  Metcalfe County shot 31.4% from the field including two of seven from beyond the arc.  They connected on six of 10 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored five points off eight Allen County-Scottsville turnovers.

Savannah Gregory led Allen County-Scottsville with 16 points, eight rebounds, six assists, and four steals.  Katie Young added 13 points and six rebounds.  Holly Robinson recorded 13 points, five rebounds, two blocked shots, and three steals.

MacKenzie Coleman led Metcalfe County with 20 points, 16 rebounds, and six blocked shots.  Katie Huffman added eight points and four rebounds.
