Pendleton County coach Edward Cravens started the following lineup: 5-11 Sr. Lance Jones, 5-11 Sr. Jordan Wilson, 6-2 Sr. Colton Pugh, 5-6 So. Hunter Wood, and 5-6 So. Tanner Pugh.  Sayre coach Rob Goodman countered with 6-4 Sr. Henry Wolf, 6-3 Sr. Martin Durmov, 6-6 Jr. Quinn Pergande, 6-0 So. Alex Webb, and 6-2 Sr. Justin Sanders.

Sayre led 20-7 after the first quarter on their way to a 65-51 victory over Pendleton County.  Sayre shot 51.2% from the field including four of 11 from the three point line.  The Spartans connected on 17 of 29 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored seven points off seven Pendleton County turnovers.  Pendleton County shot 27.9% from the field including four of 26 from beyond the arc.  The Wildcats connected on nine of 15 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 14 Sayre turnovers.

Justin Sanders led Sayre with 25 points, 13 rebounds, and four assists.  Quinn Pergande added 15 points, eight rebounds, and five blocked shots.  Martin Durmov recorded 11 points and nine rebounds.

Colton Pugh and Hunter Wood led Pendleton County with 12 points each.  5-8 Sr. Collin Turner added eight points.
