Lafayette coach Allison Tate Denton started the following lineup: 5-9 Jr. Taylor Mynear, 5-7 Jr. Aleisha Stiltner, 6-2 Sr. Shomari Kendrick, 5-5 Jr. Sarah Martin, and 5-2 Sr. Jariana Gillespie.  Henry Clay coach Justin Schommer countered with 5-8 Sr. Candace Morton, 5-7 So. MacKenzie Claus, 5-8 Jr. Sydney Dunham, 5-3 Sr. Kiki Morris, and 5-7 Sr. Kayla Price.

Lafayette held a commanding edge in offensive rebounds 23-10 and second chance points 19-7 in a 53-38 victory over Henry Clay.  Lafayette shot 30.9% from the field including two of 13 from the three point line.  The Lady Generals connected on 17 of 30 free throws, pulled down 44 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 19 Henry Clay turnovers.  Lafayette also held a 19-0 advantage in bench scoring.  Henry Clay shot 33.3% from the field including two of nine from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on four of seven free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored six points off 17 Lafayette turnovers.

Shomari Kendrick led Lafayette with 16 points, 20 rebounds, and five blocked shots.  5-7 Jr. Emily Justice added 12 points.  Jariana Gillespie recorded nine points, four rebounds, and four assists.  5-9 Sr. Mackenzie Graham chipped in with seven points and eight rebounds.

Candace Morton led Henry Clay with 13 points.  Sydney Dunham and MacKenzie Claus added 10 and eight points respectively.
