These are generally Japanese Bobtails who are retired from showing and/or breeding who want / need / deserve a very special home. These cats have all received excellent care and are in excellent health. They are all spayed or neutered. They are all well-loved. How can I give them up? It is because I love them so much so that I recognize their need for their own people. After all they have given me, whether an illustrious show career and/or beautiful babies and lots of love, they now deserve to have their own home with their own person … a loving home where they don’t have to fight for my attention. Usually their "adoption fee" is quite reasonable ($75-$350) making them affordable for most people.


All of these cats live with other cats and (because I work with Collie Rescue) at least one dog; however, not all will prefer to continue to do so. Please carefully read the brief summary of each one and then contact us for additional information.

EMILY and MIMI. These two are actually mother and daughter. Both are red & white shorthair Japanese Bobtails. Here are pictures of Emily. She is very active and athletic and loves to talk. She turned 4 years old in October of 2014. Mimi, her daughter will be three as of June 2015. Mimi has more white and loves to play fetch. Both are good with Dogs and other cats.
