About the Marmalade Boy Manga

THIS PAGE IS IN CONSTRUCTION!!!

The manga, created by Yoshizumi Wataru, came out earlier than the anime. I know it was copyrighted in 1992. Right now the manga has ended. There are EIGHT (black and white) volumes of the Marmalade Boy manga and all were published by Shueisha, Ribon Mascot Comics.

The story line is the same but the illustrations are a little different. For the other pictures that doesn't deal with the story line, like the covers, small pictures, back pictures, and so forth, they are much more detailed and different in a way. Some people say the manga makes Miki look more beautiful than the anime.

Comparing the Manga with the Anime

Like i said before, the styles with the characters and details.
Some scenes are added that is not in the anime...(i.e. the beach scene where yuu introduced a quiet place for miki to relax, when she had some problems)
In the 1st edition, it gave some info on the parents.
One manga is about 4 episodes of MB.
found out the manga is sold in another language.
