It is still hard to imagine that at my next trip to the Swamp he won't be on the sidelines. Being a teenager, I haven't known anyone else as the HBC. He was more than a coach, he was almost a part of our family. He brought us from the post-Hall probation era to national prominence. As Bear Bryant said, "Florida is a sleeping giant." Well, Steve awoke the giant, and now we are one of the best programs in the nation year in and year out. Myself as well as many other Gator fans cannot thank him enough. Thanks for the memories Steve, we'll all miss you!
