They will show you almost everything you need to know to get your site into shape. Here are some tags that can help customize your site. All tags must begin and end with the < and the > symbols. For changing the background color of your web page use this tag. This should be part of the opening body tag. Just substitute the appropriate numbers from the chart below for the pound signs in the tag below. <BODY BGCOLOR="######"> Here is a background color chart.
Here is the tag for changing the background image. <BODY BACKGROUND="image.gif"> If you want to change both the background image and color you must use both commands together like this. <BODY BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF" BACKGROUND="image.gif"> These tags are included in the opening body tag. Next, adding images to the body of your web page and aligning text around them.
