Orion II continued the galactic epic warfare of its predecessor...fleets during this era were much smaller but more capable, and many changes took place among the various alien races, especially in appearance. Antaran forces first reappeared at this time, and a mission was planned to go to Orion and seek out the mythic weapons and devices there in order to stop the evil empire and take the fight to Antares itself. But while some planned this great scheme, many others wanted galactic power for their people or themselves...

than the first game. So make sure you read up on these races- some
of them may never be seen again.
