The Hall of SHAME!

Edition No:15     September 2006        S.G.B.C Bank Trial (III)

Hall of Shame Mission Statement

This site is dedicated to expose those shameful people who think they can lie, cheat, steal and violate the principles of basic humanity and remain anonymous. As you are aware, my involvement with Cameroon began through the glazed eyes of a tourist. After a sham marriage and the loss of my life savings to the corrupt judiciary, I now see the plight of Cameroonians through much clearer eyes. It is through fiercely protected anonymity, by those involved, that corruption heads down its unbending path. These are the same people sitting in the pew next to you in church on Sundays, who are stealing the food from your mouth and your children’s education on Mondays. I say, lets take a look at these people and let them enjoy the sleepless nights that they inflict upon others. Exposure of these peoples' acts of shame is the strongest tool to drive others away from these evil practices.

Is Cameroon so far down the toilet bowl of corruption that it is beyond help? I think not, but the fact that many wear their crimes as medals to their cleverness, and worse, that others aspire in the same way to achieve like goals is a mentality worthy of standing against.

"It's difficult to understand what is going on in Cameroon. It is like a group of bandits wants to hold to their unscrupulous intentions. All they can do is to devise tactics to destroy the future and aspirations of others". (Anonymous)

From The Editors Desk

Sessekou Glenn at work exposing corruption.

Dear Fellow Corruption Haters,

Another month has passed and nothing changes, just more corruption, embezzlement and state sponsored banditry. First the good news though,…yes, that’s me wearing my traditional cap, after receiving an honorary title as Sessekou. I was presented with this status for my efforts in exposing corruption in Manyu, and Cameroon as a whole. I accepted the title and the honour that goes with it, and shall now be referred to as Sessekou Glenn, AKA the Australian Sessekou.

We’ve collected an interesting Shame File this month, though our culprit didn’t hang around to collect all the accolades that we shall bestow upon him. Robert Agbor Toko passed away on the 10th Aug in Limbe, amidst rumours of his demise stemming from his involvement in my matter (see Shame File), or that it was from being poisoned by the Bassa man that he duped! Which co-accused were seen weeping crocodile tears at the wake? Who shall be the next victim?

Taking a Break and Restructuring the newsletter and website.
Read the “Next Months Newsletter” section at the very bottom of this page to learn of our future plans for the continued struggle against corruption and the battle to hold the criminals in the Cameroon Judiciary to task for their actions.

My greetings to all, Sessekou Glenn.

My 2 Cents !

"Just blame it on poverty"

Thieves, criminals, corrupt politicians, corrupt businessmen, corrupt teachers, prostitutes, murderers, corrupt policemen, corrupt soldiers.... they all like to use poverty as an excuse.

"We're very poor in this country, that's why we do it."

Well, I've also been very, very poor. Eating dry rice for weeks, drinking tap water while that made me even sicker than I already was. But never I stole, never I accepted or used dirty money, never I was involved in flakey business, I never had sex with people for money and never I sold bad products to fellow members of the human race. I would rather die than turning to this kind of mischief...

Being poor is not an excuse to be evil. The only reason why people do these things? They ARE evil, full stop. If it is your destiny to be poor, stop wiggling like a vicious snake to have a bigger Mercedes than your neighbour...

Shame File No:11

Name: Robert Agbor Toko

Residence: Cassava Farm, Limbe

Alias: Ketuanze bagman

1966 - 2006

Robert Agbor Toko. 16 June 1966 - 10 August 2006.

Robert Agbor Toko was well known in Limbe as the bagman (money collector) for Magistrate Ketuanze Jacobs crooked dealings. After Ketuanze Jacob failed to jail me on Friday the 10th of August, Agbor Toko was sent to SGBC bank 3 days later to make a false complaint against me and resulting in soldiers being mobilised outside the bank. Agbor Toko removed the false charges (3 pages) made by Enow Brillian Ayuk from State council building and despite several legal attempts these papers have never resurfaced. Some time later Agbor Toko was arrested and detained at Limbe judicial police over the false complaint he made at SGBC bank. He boasted Magistrate Ketuanze Jacob shed crocodile tears at Agbor Toko’s Cassava Farm wake, but hurriedly left the funeral procession when spectators ridiculed him as a “ Shameless thief”.to all that he could not be held and Magistrate Ketuanze Jacob would have him released. The following day (Sunday) he was illegally released by the Magistrate. Agbor Toko was intimately involved with most details surrounding the 419 carried out against me.

I bear Robert no ill will, in fact several times when there was a lot of pressure on this matter it seemed that he may have even testified on my behalf against those involved. I now know that this could never have happened as I’ve seen how easily magistrate Ketuanze Jacob controlled the Fako Appeal Court and I realize that Robert understood the absolute futility of my pursuit for justice. Knowing that I would never see justice, Robert didn’t fear to have several very candid conversations with me regarding the involvement Ketuanze Jacob, SGBC bank, Pauline Kono and Enow Brillian Ayuk.

The only post script I can think of to say about Roberts death is that now there is one less person alive who succumbed to the corruption that is Cameroon, and also that there must be a position vacant as Ketuanze Jacobs bagman.

Agbor-Toko was a king of fraud
Now he will meet a king of Judgment.
I wonder what his excuse will be
For frauding all the people he did.
Agbor-Toko was  boy boy for false lawyer

 My friend time will come
Your day of reckoning will show
You may be a judge on earth
But there is a Judge in heaven

You are a stranger here
One day you will go back home
Now you are on your way home.

SGBC Manager - Ndoumbe Lottin. Na doki man.

What sort of a bank involves itself in theft of customers money? What sort of Bank Manager involves himself in dubious criminal matters?

Nowhere in the world have I been greeted at a bank with a rifle pointed at my chest to deny me access to my account. At the scene of the gunplay. SGBC, Limbe SWPAt this point, the bank hierarchy in Paris, still dont see that this matter should be investigated though they were made aware several times, and most recently in April this year. Thats how corruption and these crooked managers survive, they ignore the crimes and connive with each other to cover their actions, rather than investigate and show they are a credible institution.

Early September 2001, Bank Manager Alexander Ndoumbe Lottin was offered 1,000,000cfa to divulge my  account details.
13/09/01, during part of a High Court hearing in the SGBC Bank manager - Ndoumbe Lottin's office, my account details were made available to Barrister Eno Charles Agbor by an SGBC Bank staff member, (In front of 6 witnesses).

S.G.B.C Manager Ndoumbe Lottin provided fraudulent legal documentation in this matter to the amount of 3,500,000 cfa. I remember well the advice he gave me; "That I should negotiate to keep some small portion of my savings and return to Australia". This is not quite what a customer might expect from a supposed reputable bank and is a common SGBC activity akin to extortion. Follow the  links below to read detailed information into the criminal actions of SGBC Manager (Douala), Ndoumbe Lottin.

Shame File No:9

Name: Justice J. F. Fonkwe

Residence: Buea

Aliases: Fonkwe lie man

Justice J.F Fonkwe. Fako Appeal Court Judge.

Without doubt, the Fako Appeal Court is one of Cameroon’s most corrupt institutions. It’s not necessary to go any further than to use its own documentation to prove that point.

Appeal Court Affidavits

Justice Fonkwe was one of three Judges who determined the removal of a High Court President, based on an imaginary witness. These Judge’s actions were displayed before the 12 Barristers & Lawyers who regularly attended the hearing.

Appeal Court Chronology

These Judges should be immediately removed for their corrupt and unlawful conduct, but it seems that most have been promoted in some way.

Foreigners and Cameroonians alike should be well advised to steer clear of this den of thieves and the Cameroon judiciary in general. The behaviours I saw in the courts was often no better than the thuggery of unintelligent and uneducated buffoons who were more concerned with juju and their own stomachs than anything that appeared to come from a civilised court.

So that the matter is very clear, I accuse the three Appeal Court Judges who signed the ruling of being corrupt.
I also accuse Magistrate Ketuanze Jacob of corrupting the Appeal Court Judges.

Appeal Court Ruling

I make these documents available for all to see the corruption and thievery that these judges participated in. Note that these same activities are promoted and rewarded by the countries ruling party, the CPDM and the President, Paul Biya.

President Biya finally accepts one of
the Australians petitions.

Paul Biya receives another petition from his greatest Australian Fan!

What is the President thinking?

a)   How dare anyone ask for justice in my country!

b)   What country is Australia in?

c)   What language is this? What does blood sucking leech mean?

d)   If only I could get my hands on the Australian, I would book him a room at Kondengui and see he gets a thorough foot massage with a bamboo rod.

e)   I hate visiting this country. I wish I were back in my French homeland with my brothers.

f)    Will someone get me a bloody drink!

b) A bullet proof skull cap? (In case Paul decides to divorce her!)

c) Spare skin whitening lotions?

d) Jeanne Irene's will, to deprive Frank of his mother's wealth?

e) Special potion to finish with Edzoa in jail?

What is Chantal hiding under the wig?

Dear H.E. Paul Biya

Paul Biya before his “Divorce”.

Mr Biya,

23 Years of suffering. What can Biya boast of in the field of sports in 23 years? No football stadium built by him etc. In the field of education, YES HE ENCOURAGES BRAIN DRAIN because he does not like intellectuals. Those even recruited are even maltreated and dismissed. Take the example of researchers and teachers who were recruited and stayed for years without salary and finally they are dismissed.
23 years Cameroonians have not known justice and human rights or else such things will not happen. For 23 yrs Cameroon has been corrupt nation number one.
Paul Biya – President for life? NO THANKS!For 23 years the salaries of civil servants have been reduced by over 200% and prices of commodities increased by over 1000%. For 23 years, scholarship for students at all level has been scraped off. For 23 years almost all our embassies abroad have been closed down e.g France embassy, which is now operating in somebodies apartment after the landlord chased them away. In Belgium and Spain the embassy is an eyesore. In Greece the embassy is operating in the sitting room of a Greek man so called honorary consul when we have so many Cameroonians to hold such post. In Britain, the embassy can’t pay its bills and is currently having some legal suits against it. In the US the corruption in the embassy has attracted the attention of FBI.
Look at our roads before Biya and the situation now. Wasteful 23 years, Mr Biya, kindly take stock and resign as Ahidjo did.

Cameroonians Score Biya’s 23 Years Stewardship.

Editors note: During the week an unconfirmed report by a police officer that there was a coup dEtat in Yaounde appeared on the web. The report was later confirmed as false, but caused some consternation in the press. Heres a comment that was attached to the original report.Mr Biya, please get off the train. There is no more fuel left!

"I wish the next coup alarm will be REAL. Biya has
clearly outlived his usefulness to the Cameroonian
people - if he was ever of any use in the first place.
The presidency is not his father's chair. His train
stopped at the station a long time ago but he refused

no destination in mind. It is about time someone force
or push him from the train.''  (Name removed)

Dear HE Paul Biya

My name is Paul. I am an idiot and my brain is underdeveloped, I need to update my brain software!

Hi Mr. Biya.

I am a Cameroonian but studying in Uganda. You need to visit Uganda and see for yourself what a nation with a bad history is doing to improve on her status. I think I should use this forum to inform you that you are an idiot. You have all the resources but because of selfishness and foolish pride, you've decided to keep everything to yourselves and those with which you share your selfishness. Your brain is underdeveloped and I believe we need to update your brain software. Yeah sure. That's because Cameroon has all the resources, natural, but you and France have connived to eat it up while the anglophone community, which is the riches, suffers. God punish you.

First Lady’s Humanitarian Tricks and Largesse.

Cameroon’s First Lady, Chantal Pulcherie Biya leads and crusades the Chantal Biya International Centre for Research on the Prevention and Caring for HIV/AIDS Patients. In addition, she also heads the Chantal Biya Foundation, is Honorary President of African Synergies against Aids and Suffering. Again, she is the founder and President of the Circles of Friends of Cameroon-senior prostitutes` club. Unlike other humanitarian NGOS which cater for the poor, the sick, the orphans and the sufferings, Chantal’s is quite worrisome. Her largesse only benefit the bourgeoisie, the elitist rich, the circles of the looting gang and those from the Beti tribe where the president hails from.

Her ambitions for these NGOS are unquestionably telling when one looks at her simple poor background. Before becoming Mrs Biya and Cameroon First Lady, ''CHANTOU'' was a school drop-out First Class Prostitute in down town Yaounde.

In addition, Chantal has practically encroached and continue to be encroaching with impunity into State hospitals and institutions setting up the Chantal Biya Centres. There is absolutely no separation or distinction between State of Cameroon’s properties and those Chantal Biya pretends to be setting with funds coming from only God knows. Even Medical Doctors, Nurses, Counsellors, Social workers etc most of them from the Beti tribe use but Government vehicles and fuels for the First Lady’s humanitarian gestures and are all in Gov’t payroll.

In one such recent HIV/AIDS conference in Yaounde aimed to flatter the International Community to get monies for Madam, Cameroon Tribune, Gov’t mouth piece press organ reported this; ''National Aids control experts and some donors were worried that Cameroon is in dire need of some CFA 100 billion to fight Aids and only 42 billion is available''. WHO IS FOOLING WHO? For years now, HIV prevalence rate in Cameroon is artificially fixed at 5.5% with 500,000 infected Cameroonians and 240,000 orphans. But every week hundreds and thousands of Cameroonians are dying of Aids related illnesses because poverty has prevented them from accessing medication. How many has any of the Foundation or Centre catered for except that Cameroonians watch their First Lady’s largesse only on State -owned TV. Ironically, Robert Gallot, Luc Montagnier and Pius Piot, co-discoverers of Aids virus and renowned Researcher are the ones receiving fat envelops from the First Lady if one reads well in their too many frequent visits to Cameroon. Cameroonians would have been too proud and happy had Chantal Biya matched the noise being made in Cameroon about her fight against AIDS/HIV had she told the world about her concerns for victims in Cameroon at the Japan Aids 2006. Did she even know that something like that was going on in Japan? Certainly Gallot and co are yet to inform our French gabbling First Lady.

Photographs Wanted ($200 US each)

We are still missing a few “Shame File” photos. In the interest of seeing that none of these crooks escape under the Hall of Shame radar, we decided to double the incentive to (US $200). Barrister Mbi (Solomon Chambers) is still hiding in Kumba for some lucky photographer, (snapped!). The last I knew, the SGBC Manager (snapped) & Assistant Manager were both at the Limbe SGBC branch. As for the Chief of Territorial Surveillance in Buea, he is a large Bayangi man and was there in 2002 / 2003 (Governors Office building). He can be identified by Inspector Enow Stephen Etengeneng of Buea Judicial Police. Further helpful information on these “Shame File Fugitives” locations can be requested by contacting me at the address below. Photos must be of similar quality to those used in previous shame files. Good luck with the snapping. If you can send me a photograph of any of those people listed below, and it is published on the shame file, a payment of $200 US shall be made to the sender. The personal details of any senders shall remain completely confidential and shall be known only to myself. Photos can be forwarded to Camerooninjustice@hotmail.com.

Why not get some cash and at the same time let me expose them for their corrupt ways?

Next Months Newsletter.

Well,…..It’s not exactly about next months newsletter at all. After continued pressure to adapt, update & diversify the website to an interactive status whereby the public can freely post info directly and include information on current scams out of Cameroon as they happen, we’ve decided to do the necessary restructuring to ensure the future of this mission.Camerooninjustice website shall be undergoing major reconstruction to bring it to the standard of a world-class, premier anti-corruption networking tool.

For the remainder of 2006 I shall be finalizing the writing of my own personal story, as well as collating a volume on 419’s suffered by other foreign investors since 2002. These scams include a wide variety, involving from small time phishing to complex scams involving the highest levels of government and the CPDM party.

To coincide with the future writing accomplishments, shall be the overhaul of the website. At this point in time we don’t envisage the distribution of a further newsletter before 1st of February 2007. Though depending on what information becomes available and its importance, we shall freely take time away from other programmes to distribute and publicize relevant information to the cause of exposing those thieving and corrupt individuals.

All the best till then, Sessekou Glenn
