 In
14 months of seeking Justice in Cameroon, I have dealt with the following
experiences; Poisoned by my wife after 4 months of marriage and after US $60,000
was brought into the country, the removal of my personal documents, several
episodes of death threats, witnesses threatened with being jailed, a Gendarme
Brigade Commander transferred who was a witness to death threats, attempts to
run my brother and myself down in the grounds of the High Court by the opposing
barrister, over 40 appearances in Court, attempts to be jailed and deported on
false charges, Investigators from Territorial Surveylance threaten me and
attempt to destroy previous investigations, threatened to be killed in the
Courts, threatened to be killed by armed robbers. I possess a volume of documents that are false and show the thefts carried out, heinous allegations have been made against me to incite public hatred and intimidate me to leave my life savings, false documents supplied to the court, President of the Court removed from hearing the matter after false allegations were made against him by a prostitute (He has since been demoted and transferred), investigations that have gone nowhere-other that to alert the guilty parties, an endless amount of Juju (Black magic), Enow Brillian Ayuk's accomplice-Eugene Kankou has fled the country though arrest warrants had been issued. A Limbe town magistrate (Ketuanze Jacob) conspired with my wife to have me deported , documents claiming false charges against me to have me jailed and deported have been removed from Limbe State Counsel. The list continues endlessly. On the 13.9.2002, 3 men viciously attack my security person as a final warning for me to leave the country and my possessions behind. This results in me burning 3 of my vehicles in Protest, (1 outside the AMERICAN EMBASSY in Yaounde) at the treatments meted out to a guest and investor in this Country.  Barrister
Eno Charles Agbor's despicable activities inside and outside of the courts, and
for attempting to run my brother and myself down in the High Court grounds has
been truly shameful. Barrister Eno has been quite happy to destroy decent
peoples careers if it got in the way of him abetting his cousin, Enow Brillian
Ayuk in the theft of my property. (Every word I write can be proven). I had
traveled 22,000km pleading for this matter to be brought to an end and also made
a plea to the President of Cameroon. A truly shameful story. Court appearances
are now held in a junior judges chambers (Madam Chibili) that is the size of a
bedroom, to exclude the public from the hearing any truth about this matter. On the 14.4.2003 I will again attend court, seeking that truth and justice will come. (See Chronology). Glenn William Wilson. |
