To make a guild: You must simply tell Cell. You should include the team's name, Its alignment (Good or Evil), The location, The color, and Any other member who wishes to join. Also, keep in mind that your teammates are the only ones that can assist you in battle. It's not smart to team up with weak members, but also make sure they have enough money for you to buy a couple of team items.
GP: GP stands for Guild Points. You can trade in Money for GP which allows your guild to buy items and base add-ons. Just remember, it is a lot easier to buy stuff with GP then as a single person.
