These games are do not have mobster supplements, or have systems that support mobsters in their core rules. This is a presentation of some rules and supplements.
Call of Cthulhu d20: this is a Mobster profession template, the Criminal template in the book really doesn't cover the nuances of a Mafia character.
Gangbusters: These were the counters that were issued with the 3rd edition set of rules. They were to be used on the map of Riverfront City, designed for the war gamer or obsessive-compulsive in all of us. (With special thanks to Gale Wolf)
GURPS: these sample characters appeared in Pyramid Magazine. There is also a sample module crossing over GURPS Horror with the mafia. The rules for generating a character for any world of GURPS would use similar skills to those listed in this example. Also, from Who's Who 2, the stats for Lucky Luciano are also listed on the famous mobsters game stats page. As a side note, the GURPS La Cosa Nostra project wasn't my best idea. I'm not in love with the system, so I am changing my project.
Justice Inc: there are templates for a Reporter, Policeman and G-Man. I'm not sure why a Gangster can't be a superhero! It is down right insultin'! So I made up a template for it. (As a side note, I think I may have some support from the people at Vigilance Press as they have Gangsters in their Darkness and Light supplement)
Palladium: this information was originally printed in Rifter #6. It was intended for use with Nightbane, however, such is the nature of Palladium, if your heart desires so, you could put them into any of their games. It is rules for generating mobsters.
Portable RPG: this is La Cosa Nostra's PRPG version. Perfect for travelling. There is also a link to the PRPG home page.
Stray Bullet: these are some skills templates for a few types of mobsters for use with this system.
Vampire: The Masquerade: the stats for Al Capone in the WoD listed on the famous mobsters game stats page. I remember there being some stuff in Clanbook: Giovanni, but I don't have it anymore. There is some more generic stuff in Destiny's Price—a sourcebook for Mage: The Ascension.
Get the hell outta here!
(Oh, by the way, the Word character sheets [except FUDGE] were created by me. So any complaints, email me and feel free to change them however you like!)
