Welcome to The Sosarian Training Academy web site. This is the place to find guild news, membership information, and everything else you need to get the most of your guild membership. As the name of the guild may suggest to you, we are dedicated to helping citizens of Napa Valley better themselves. Whether you want to develop better fighting skills, make more profit, or are just looking for ways to better develop your character, we have people in the guild that can help.

2/16/00 - The day has finally come for the announcement of the winner of the short story contest. As you may know, the winner will receive 5,000gp for the most creative story. I want to thank everyone who participated in this contest. It was a tough decision, but after much thought I have decided to award the prize to Guil. His story is as follows:

Born of the Blood of Atlantis, he carried within him the secret of steel, stolen from the God's themselves. He always showed a proclivity for the Smithing Arts, as the years pressed on he surpassed even his mentors in skill. But he was a Barbarian, he had a fire in his blood and it wasn't sated by mere smithing alone. Those of the Blood of Atlantis were not ones to sit behind and craft their wears for the use of others with more courage than themselves. One day he picked up one of his swords which he'd toiled so hard upon and went out into the wilderness. He came back a man, tried and tested, now he knew his own mettle and it was stronger than that of any blade beat into existence by man or god. Smith, Miner, Warrior, these were his tools and his trade. Guil, Grand Master of Smiths and Master of the Sword.
