Guild Leadership:

Guild Leadership shall be made up of the Guildmaster, a four member High Council, and an unlimited number of Elders. The Guildmaster shall be responsible for filling by appointment all leadership positions. Additionally, the Guildmaster shall accept proposals from guild members in all matters that may effect the entire membership. The proposal shall then be considered as to whether or not it does in fact effect the membership, and in matters that do not, has authority to summarily rule and decide. In matters that he determines do effect the entire membership, the proposal shall be placed before the High Council for 24 hour consideration, with a suspense date and time placed conspicuously on the document. The Guildmaster shall make himself available to High Council at all times when in Sosaria, but is not required to make himself available to the General Membership. The Guildmaster is ultimately responsible for inducting new members and the assignment of appropriate Guild Titles.

High Council shall be responsible for making decisions on matters that the Guildmaster places before it. Their votes shall be accepted by the Guildmaster no later than 24 hours after submission, or their vote shall be forfeited. High Council is additionally responsible to the entire membership in minor dispute resolution, training guidance, and other matters which the Elders and General Membership shall from time to time bring before them. They shall make themselves available to Elders at all times, and should be available to the General membership as their time allows.

Elders are primarily responsible to the General Membership for guidance and assistance in all matters. They may pass matters up to the High Council at any time and may request the assistance of High Council or the Guildmaster. Additionally, they shall serve as primary Guild Recruiters, always seeking good candidates in their travels. They should be available to all Guild Members whenever they are present in Sosaria.

The Guild Elders and High Council should always be the first people that the membership contacts. Matters of punishment or banishment shall always go to the High Council and Guildmaster for 24 hour consideration. If the matter requires review of evidence, the evidence shall be posted on the web site and High Council shall be given 24 hours for consideration after notice of publication is sent. All matters may be decided before the 24 hour deadline if the Guildmaster and all members of High Council have voted. Majority rule shall apply. Vote counts and results shall be made public to the General Membership in the Members Only section of the web site.

All of the above may be modified or added to as required and deemed necessary by the Guildmaster and High Council.
