We are pleased to announce the launch of our State Reform Website featuring our newest amendment of the California State Constitution, The California State Legislative Reform Act. Also, visit our news clippings page to learn background from our two previous attempts to overhaul the State Constitution. Those amendments were the CA Legislative Reform Act of 1996, introduced as Senate Constitutional Amendment 31, and CALPAC 1998, registered as Initiative 794 by the California Secretary of State's Office.
