To contact the World Council, please see the section that follows which best describes the type of entity you are. The Priests Of God Of The World Council represent the Persons of The Kingdom Of God and are not affiliated with any other group or organization. The World Council also represents the governing entity of New Jerusalem.

Individual Person, Group Or Organization:

(Non-government) People of any nation may contact the World Council via email ugr97@yahoo.com, or by writing: WTW, 6410 Hwy 140 NW, Adairsville, GA 30103. USA. This method of contact should also be used by groups or organizations, including religious entities (churches & mosques). Response is not guaranteed.

The World Council also hold public forums, meetings, and speaking engagements, which are open to anyone. These meetings are publically called in specific areas by representative Delegates, and/or the Priests Of God; this is generally known as "Going To Council".

Government Liaisons:

(Governing Entities Of Nation States) Governments of Nation States may establish direct communications with the World Council by dedication of liaision (diplomat) to be known by The World Council. This may be done by written communication and may be kept on-file. All government representative information in the form of name and contact directives are public unless specified and agreed upon otherwise. Each diplomat may contact the World Council directly by any means, including unannounced in-person, for official communication. Liaisons may be elected officials, or an agreed upon acting agent, but may not be military, law enforcement, or intelligence agency employees.

For states and regions within a national entity (such as a province or regional/state/local area representative with a country, known herein as non-nation states), the government of the host nation is the liaision. The World Council will communicate with people who are members, representatives or employees of non-nation states as non-governmental entities only.

When needed, individuals who are representatives of Nation States may be contacted directly, and may always communicate directly with The World Council. These are generally members of legislatures. The World Council does not officially communicate with agents of representatives of legislatures (third parties) unless they are a known diplomatic liaision to The World Council on record.

Non-Protocol Communications: For the most part The World Council is very open and very peaceful. Any entity of any kind that uses means and methods of force, covertness, and/ or deceit; such as methods of invasion, use of weaponry, use of disguise, reverse situation engineering; conspiracy to harm, mislead, destroy or degrade, use of techniques related to surveillance, reconnaissance or espionage: the individual, or the governing entity that employs the individual or produces and uses the means as to such, loses rights to council and communicate freely with The World Council. Use or planned use of force is considered possible threatening actions and may preclude determinations, judgments and actions. In a sense, The World Council, The Priests Of God and the Nation State Of New Jerusalem within The Kingdom Of God are peaceful entities; making us your enemy, will not serve you well.

There are no open public areas to the Temple area of New Jerusalem, which includes the temple mount and sacred herb gardens. Proper access to these areas are by invitation only. In respect to the United States Of America where New Jerusalem is located, the laws of that nation apply therein, but do not supersede the rights of New Jerusalem and/or The Kingdom Of God, which is itself a sovereign State. No Weapons of any sort are tolerated at New Jerusalem.
