Level 2 Performance Coach.

Competed at the 1992, 1996 Paralympics, 1994 IPC World Championships, 1989, 1994 Fespic Games & 1995 Atlanta Swim Meet. National breaststroke record holder, SASI Scholarship holder. Rod has coached swimmers to State, National and International levels in abled and disabled competitive swimming. Rod coordinates the Arena Swim Team program with the committees of the West Australian Sports Centre Trust and the Arena Swim Club Management Executive. Rod exhorts all the swimmers to perform their very best efforts towards gaining their season goals and is openly communicative to all members of the swim program.

Swimmers under Rod's tutelage have successfully gained admission into teams that represented their state and country.

Mark Staiger - Head Age Group Swim Coach, Landwork Coaching staff

Level 2 Skills Coach.

Level 1 Strength & Conditioning, Level 1 Sports Trainers, Sports Massage, Bachelor of Science in Sport Science and Advanced Certificate of Health & Fitness and Austswim Instructor. Mark is responsible for the Junior, Intermediate, Development, State Age & Open, Club / Fitness swim teams of the club and provides inspiration to all of the swimmers in the program. Competed at National Age Group & National Open Surf levels. Coached for 5 seasons and has coached swimmers to State level.

Dani Dielesen - Program Swim Coach, Landwork Coaching staff

Level 2 Skills Coach, Austswim Instructor

Coached for 3 seasons and has coached swimmers to State level. Dani is responsible for the Junior and Intermediate swim teams of the club and provides constant support to the swimmers in the program as they progress through the team levels.

Dani is married to Katrina and has two daughters Rebecca and Rhiannon.

Sarah Earl - Program Swim Coach, Landwork Coaching staff

Level 1 Development Coach, Austswim Instructor

Coached for 5 seasons and has coached swimmers to State level. Sarah is responsible for the junior swim team of the club and provides a very high technical focus to the swimmers in the junior team.

Sarah is married to Allan and has two daughters Robyn and Caitlyn.
