SURF SYNOPSIS:

Today (Sunday) our latest NW swell is kicking up some big surf along the CA coast.
Right now the California Buoy is at 14 feet, down from a high of 24 feet about 12 hours ago.
Bodega Bay buoy is at 15 feet. Port San Luis buoy is at 14 feet.
In SoCal west facing breaks are seeing sets coming in DOH, somewhat smaller in the OC region, and bigger in Southern SD where occasional sets are hitting the 15 foot mark.
South facing breaks are pulling in some wrap, running mostly chest to head high.

My Report:

The surf is blown-out - but...there is a touch of south wind.
The surf is huge, but really windy!!

Went to the office to practice some Tcl Coding - Total Failure!

Maybe later today??

I went back to The Shores about 2:00 pm.
Not way bad, and I wanted to practice my new "CEA-GO" technique.
Gee Uncle Billy "What's a CEA-GO?"
"Is it anything like a CEE-GAR?"

NO -

Since I am an aspiring engineer, I've gotta learn how to use acronyms:

CEA-GO = CLOSE EYES AND GO!!"

The waves actually were pretty good, and the CEA-GO technique is gonna be a winner!

I just wonder howzit gonna work in the summer?
