Has the mind gone to a different place? I met you there but in a dream You were young and I so lean Days of youth, Long ago it seems Time moved on, Shadows grew long Through it all love remained strong Be aware of a place far removed from here Beyond this time, Light years from fear A beacon of love to guide the one who remains Until that time love's thoughts will sustain Beyond the clouds, Where rainbows meet Water pure and air so sweet As hearts rejoin, Arms extend Smiling eyes, Shall we begin again? A whispered voice Brown eyes meet blue The message is clear I've been waiting for you Locking arms like times of old What shall be said when the story is told Heads fall back as laughter begins United for infinity Only to begin again
