Elijah turned to him and smiled.

“I did it for us...I did it for you. It’s my gift to you. For everything you are to me.”

He took Dom’s face gently in his hands and kissed away the tears.

“No more tears, Dommie.”

Dom looked at him, comprehension dawning on his face.

“So now they know?”

“Now they know.”

Dom felt an invisible weight lift from his shoulders.

“So we’ll always be like this?”

“Always.”

Elijah kissed him softly. Tenderly.

“I love you, Sblom.”

The tears came again, but this time, Dom was laughing.
