PLAN
Selection of the project
Have  a brainstorming  session is  to list out all the problems in your section. A  check sheet can be designed to collect data to show how the  serious                                    the  problem   picked   by  the member is.

Set target
A target is set to enable members to evaluate for themselves the effectiveness of their planned activities

Determine causes
All the causes of the problem can be determined by the use of cause and effect analysis brainstorming session and ranking

Develop solution
Determine the correct solution through brainstorming and ranking

Do
Consult the superior on   the practicality on proposed .Benefits of such consultation areas follows
Keep the superior informed

Briefing and training
It is essential that the personnel who are   involved in the implementation are briefed on the new procedure .

ACTION
Does not meet target
If there is no improvement at all. It means the circle  failed to determine  the true  cause or the corrective procedures were not properly implemented.

Target achieved
If the target is  achived this mean the major  causes have been correctly identified and corrective procedures  will be documented and standardized                                      into standard procedure.
