"Why isn't there just one person who really understands me?" Beccy asked herself. Here she was sitting on the couch with her closest friends talking about everything, but she still feels lost in a sense, maybe incomplete is a better word.
"Have you guys ever been in love?" Beccy asked all her friends.
"whoa, Becs where did that come from? We were talking about what to get on our pizza, and... whoa!" Jenn (perhaps the closest of all the girls to Beccy) said.
"I don't know... I was ... just wondering" Beccy said flushing a great deal.
"Well, you all know me! I'm in love with Nick Carter from the Backstreet boys!!!" Jenn said throwing a pillow a Beccy.
"Oh really?" Beccy asked. " you think I am just going to take that?"
Soon pillow fight 2000 was beginning, only Beccy felt like she was pushing her sorrows deeper and deeper into herself.
Later, all her friends were zonked out, everywhere. Quietly, Beccy snuck outside with her notebook and a green pen. Sitting under the bright moonlight, she looked up at the sky, saw a shooting star. "Wow. Wish Time." She thought; Made her usual wish for
true love, and looked down at her blank page. Suddenly she was inspiried, and be started to write poetry. While she was writing like she had never written before, Jenn came out behind her.
"Yo, crazy girl." Jenn said.
"Agh!" Beccy jumped "never do that!"
"hahahah, sorry sista!" Jenn laughed
" Why are you up? It must be like.. 3 or 4 in the morning, I thought I was the only insominac staying here!" Beccy questioned.
"Well, I got up to go pee, and well, I noticed I couldn't find you anywhere. I thought about that night you stayed at my house, and that when you couldnt' sleep you went outside and.. well I don't know what you do! Are you ok Becs? like seriously?" Jenn asked concerned.
" Yah, I am fine. Don't worry about it hun. I know you MUST be worried, cuz I haven't been acting like myself lately, and for that I apologize. But, man.. I just feel like no one really KNOWS me. You know?" Beccy said closing her notebook.
"ahhh, Becs... what am I going to do with you??"
