Yo Yo, wassa?

It's been a long time, even moreso since I signed up for a LiveJournal. I like it cuz the HTML is already there, so I just type it and click 'save' and then it's posted, looking all nice, pretty, and formatted. :)

Blahblahblahblah.

Anyways, so it's Monday today and I got out of my 9.30 class an hour early since he wasn't feeling so hot. He returned our midterms and I got a 3.2, which is fine...JUST fine. So I'm not too overjoyed with it, because I thought I'd get more points than he gave me, but OH WELL. It's over with and it's an okay (JUST okay) base to have my grades set upon. Bah.

I was tempted to go home, afterall, I have THREE HOURS until my next/last class for today. But I had the strong feeling that I wouldn't come back out. So fine, I'll just sit in the computer lab. I mean, honestly, what would I be doing at home? Be on my computer. So why not just stay here on-campus, use a fast computer and do all the things you wanna do but can't at home due to slow connection? Yeah, that's what I keep telling myself...two hours to go.

And if you have been keeping track, you'll know that I didn't attend this last class at ALL last week! So I need to go, especially since I have a midterm in it next week. ARGH.

But yeah, last week I skipped this one class on both days. The first day (which was Monday) I skipped to "go home and read for my other midterm," which I did not. Tuesday I had my one class, where they handed back midterms and I did pretty good. I would have done even BETTER, but the day we had that extra-credit opportunity, I was without my calculator, so I messed up with my long division. Bah. I ended up getting 2/3 on it, and on my exam a 92.2%. He had set the curve as 95% = 4.0, so I have a total of 94.2% and that pisses me off!

It's a base though, right? :P

Come Wednesday is a midterm in my 400 class. I finished it in an hour and left. I felt secure in it, wasn't completely stumped on anything. So that's why I didn't stick around any longer. I had three hours (deja vu, eh?) until my next/last class..and what did I do?

Hop on a bus for downtown. :D

I went there with the reasoning that I was doing something for someone else, so that my skipping wasn't entirely bad, or a waste of time. Heh. But it was a conspiracy! The 2 things I wanted to buy, weren't there. In fact, many things weren't there. I guess I showed up at a bad time, since they were (hopefully) restocking. Somehow, despite "not having anything there" I did spend $15.

Arrived at Old Navy and bought some $4 cords, they're coo...and then I decided to go even FURTHER on my day and I went down to Pike Place Market. I bought my doughnuts, which were excellent, got sidetracked by this food vendor and bought a chicken dinner...THEN I was on my way home.

Lar was home when I got there and had all this FREE STUFF. There was a job fair today and he ended up with...*drum roll* 12 free shirts. We also have tons of pens and post-its and everything you can think of ...a couple "spock" calculators, handyman tools, lighted balls...etc.

Thursday, I just had one class and it was just BLAH. BoRING. Afterwards, I did run into Larry on my way home and that was kind of cool since we usually see each other when we're at home together. He was on his way to yet another job fair. *LOL* When he returned we had lunch at China First and then went to the new Best Buy.

Friday was just a Big Waste Of My Time Day. Everyone just insisted on wasting my time, huh? It was blah. The only good thing about the day was that I did turn in my reading journal (minus the 2 entries for the current week due to lack of motivation) in class. But the class is 'structured' so that WE lead the discussions every week, by signing up on his sheet.

Then in Psych section, it was just pointless because I had done the homework the night before and we just went over it in class. Well, NO, we didn't get THERE yet, she went over the stuff we did in the exam last week! Now, why would it matter NOW? People should just go to office hours and get the answers they want. :PPPP Quit wasting my TIME!

So I left early. :P

I had a taste for sushi so I showed up at my usual place and there, I waited for about 15mins! I mean, there were ppl after me with sushi orders who got theirs before mine. So, if the sushi guy had a different priority list for sushi-making, I should be informed so that I may order something higher on his list. HA HA. I did bring this up to the cashier woman and of COURSE all she could do is apologize. Lame.

So I ate my sushi, which was toooooo fishy for me and then I went to bed. There were plans to go to dinner with A&W at the Spaghetti Factory! But that wasn't happening til later and I wanted to wait and see what Lar's plans were for the day.

He wasn't doing nuffin, nor was he hungry (which I was...STARVING) so I was in. But the plan changed to Mongolian Grill, and I didn't feel like 1) Asian food and 2) had my heart set on spaghetti! I was very non-plussed when I hung up the phone. But Lar offered to take me there after the Simpsons, so I was happy again!

THANK GOD freakin' baseball is OVER. I cannot believe that the Simpsons wouldn't be on for WEEKS. I mean, they weren't even moved to another time slot, they just weren't THERE. *cries* But that's all behind us now. And the season premiere is next Sunday. WOO HOO!

We went there and ate and it was just perfect. We went on a drive til my bladder couldn't last any longer and came home. That was it, but a nice night anyways.

I was online around midnight talka to Ellen when Wilson messaged to tell me that Annie and Nick were coming over and I could join them. I felt like going out and getting some air, so I agreed. I hadn't spoken to Nick for like 3yrs so it was interesting seeing him again. We actually got along okay. :P (I think I lost the picture I have of him and me, otherwise I'd post the link here.)

So we went to Wilson's, but of course he had to go on rounds when we did...ha..so we just left for the bars. Too bad it was pretty late anyways, last call and stuff. Annie took us to Fremont and it was pretty boring. We went to an Alehouse since that was the only thing available to us.

Now, pardon me if I don't know what an Alehouse is. I don't have much drinking experience under my belt and the only reason why I'm drinking 'more' now is because Annie is old enough to. So. Stupid me asked for a rum&coke while the others did nothing to inform me that places like these only have beer and wine. Nice. Somehow I ended up with a merlot and I hated it. Annie hated her beer of the month and only Nick enjoyed what he ordered. It was retarded.

They dropped me off at 2am, I finished my spagetti leftovers, went to check if Ellen was still on, and nope..so then I went to bed!

Saturday Wilson and I went on a crazy scavenger hunt for STUFF. First was a stop at the Best Buy again, where he bought a universal remote. But upon going upstairs to Target, it was $4 cheaper. He bought it there and I also got one. We went looking for orange and black crepe paper to no avail. Then we went to BB again to return his remote. When asked what the problem was? "It was cheaper upstairs." *LOL*

So then we went to the mall, to check out the Rite-aid, which was just LAME. NOTHING. But we did get juliuses and went to Toys R Us. I almost bought Hungry Hungry Hippos since it was only FI DOLLAS, but that was only because it was missing pieces. HA!

We went back to U-Village and looked around there and did find black crepe paper at QFC. We found the orange at Bartell's. Go Figure. They didn't have any styrofoam ice boxes because they only "do that in the summer." And what...ppl don't need these in the winter? I didn't get that.

He finally dropped me off and I zonked for a couple hours. Well..I pretty much spent the rest of Saturday in bed. It was too nice and warm. Plus, Lar was being a butt and watching football all day. :P

But I cleaned a little and then I started re-reading my Harry Potter book and it was good and put me in a good mood as well. Lar went out to rent Toy Story 2 and I asked him if he'd get me some food at Dick's. So that was a late meal.

The phone rang at 11.30pm, he answered but hung up and then repeat. I said I wanted to answer the next time. I used my loud Asian voice, which I don't ever use and was just hollering into the phone: Who are you? What you want? You speaka Engleesh? I canna hear you, speak louda! Eventually I stopped yelling to realize that my name was being said..and it was Ellen calling me from her computer. Freaking hilarious. So we talked a little and then I told her I was coming online. *L*

It was Daylight Saving (yes, not Savingssssss) Time at 2am, so that was pretty darn cool. She went off to bed cuz she's seeck gir and I stayed up to finish my book.

As for Sunday my sister and I went to get pho at this place downtown. It was okay. I was a bit self-conscious since I felt that everyone was just staring at me. WTF. What's ppl's problems anyways? The pho was okay but not enough to warrant coming out here when I want some.

So then we went to Goodwill to look for her Halloween costume and it took a long time. The theme was holidays. She wanted to be "birthday." We found her a nightgown with little pink bows on the print and little white shoes..and she'd find the rest on her own. It was okay and only FI DOLLA.

Then we went to Uwajimaya and they had my chips but not the other thing I wanted to get. *heh* B bought some sushi stationery and we split the pack, SO CUTE! I wanted to get some stamps there but the girl didn't hear me since I didn't get any. Haw. I finally got home.

We watched Toy Story 2 and it was verra good and cute and went on a mad grocery shopping trip at Safeway. I got some random stuffs and apparently my sister was also there, but I didn't see her. So. We rush home to watch the Simpsons, thinking that the premiere was this week, but it was Halloween Episode X....D'oh!!! Wednesday tho..and next Sunday. Weeeeee.

Then were was Sex & The City and I went to bed.

It really sucked getting up this morning, and even moreso since we were let out of class early. But hey, only one hour left...
