Hey everyone. I'm just gonna start this entry today, tonight, but I'm not sure how long I'll drag it out or even if it will be any longer than it is now. I felt like it was time to post something so here I am.

Currently, I'm at Half.com looking for stuff to buy. Right now they have this promotion, where if you spend $15, you can get a magazine subscription. I'm going for Jane. I've been buying it for the past 6 months straight anyways. :P

I am actually looking forward to going to work tomorrow. There will be only 3 people in the office. Every one else is on vacation! YAH. But knowing how things go, I'll get piled with work from the desk girl. (BTW, as far as I recollect, I haven't mentioned names from my workplace. I could be wrong. Anyways, I think it's better to make these people nameless characters. But I bet I slipped up in the interviewing process, so if you wanted to look for names, you can go find them yourself.)

As I was saying...tomorrow just about everyone will be gone. So it'll be safe to just sit in the back and do my own thing...hopefully. We'll see. But Wilson did call and invite me to lunch tomorrow, so at least I don't have to worry about that. Oh, and also, I got some message that we were going back to closing for lunchtime! YES! Now I don't have to have lunch at some God-awful hour. But I will miss how my day was broken up into smaller chunks. Makes things easier to swallow.

My weekend was alright. B and I got home late on Friday night. We rented "Erin Brockovich" at BBV, and I also purchased a copy of "Being John Malkovich" as well! I don't think the movie is officially on-sale, so this was cool. I was hoping for "American Beauty" but it was still more than I wanted to pay.

Saturday we did our usual Target trip. We went to the mall as well, and I talked to a really nice salesguy at Hot Topic. They have the nicest people working there, seriously! You'd think they'd be all jerks or snobs or freaks..but they're sooo nice. Anyways, we had a conversation about barbells cuz I want one with a jade-green ball.

The rents called on the cellphone they got for their anniversary, to say they were leaving. As we were leaving, I ran into Bill, this man who worked in the department next to mine like, 3 years ago! It was a great surprise, cuz I was wondering what he was doing. It was a bit awkward, but a nice meeting overall. I promised to come visit before school started. ACK...the things I say..

I drove us back up, Lar was gone and I had the day to myself. I was gonna read the first Harry Potter book, but I cleaned, watched Powerpuff Girls and lounged. It was nice. Lar came home, but was distracted by this-or-that, and I started my book.

I spent the entire day reading and finished the book. Very good! Good flow, good stuff, yadda yadda. I can't wait until B gets a copy of the 2nd book, however, she's waiting for it to come on paperback. So we'll see. As good as it is, I'm not paying $30 for it in hardcover!

Oh, and last Sunday, B and I went to see "Hollowman." Boy, did it suck! Talk about totally fucking up a movie that you'd think could write and sell itself! HA! Terrible!

The past week at work was okay, sprinkled with various treats people bought me. *heh* That's all I remember about that. :P

Today, I literally did nothing at work. I may have worked a total of 30mins today, I'm not sure. I did check the mail, walk some grades over to Schmitz, and answer a few calls, but overall...nada! I had enough time to go thru most of my old entries and re-order them so that they read from oldest to newest, instead of the other way around. And I'm thinking about doing other things to my page as well.

I met Wilson, Jim, and Jim's friend James for lunch. We had Vietnamese food and it was alright since I got a sandwich. Wilson and Jim later abandoned us to go talk to some people outside..at which point I decided to get going back to the office anyways...to do more nothing.

But I spent the day d'loading mp3z and messing around online. It wasn't the right atmosphere to write/send email though. After work, Wilson picked me up and we went down to IKEA. There, we were gonna meet Annie, her mom, and Kate...then Mike and Jim..and apparently this other Mike and his sister! Somehow, something like a casual meeting at IKEA became a big circus! But it was okay, aside from all the waiting. :P

I bought a cool spaghetti spoon shaped like a dragon..and then a desklight. Later we ate at Burger King and we didn't seem to get full off anything...talked a lot, talked about old times, etc etc. Then Wilson and Jim dropped me off! I'm tired now, since I fell asleep at 2 or 3am this morning, so I think I'm gonna go now.

Tomorrow two more people are appearing in the office, however, they don't really give me work to do. I do have something to keep me occupied for a few minutes though in the morning. Hopefully they'll leave me alone again tomorrow. Today was awesome!
