November 12, 1999: bowling?the last background was bothering me so i closed up that page.wednesday night turned out to be pretty fun. i met up with annie at her work. we had subway deli-style sandwiches which were verra good! rode the bus to her place and waited for everyone to come....but i got all confused when they were leaving because wilson wasn't here yet? and i didn't know where the others were going. annie, allan, and bennetts went to get her car. and well, she knew what i wanted if she went to burger king or dick's. i also threw in that if she was gonna get me teriyaki then get me a doughnut too. the others went to the liquor store and didn't tell me they were doing to dick's. so when they came back before the others..with food, i just about cried because i was so hungry. so all hope was on annie..who came back with my doughnut..JUST a doughnut..so i yelled at her and then we went over to the guys' place. i made some mac&cheez but i guess i wasn't in the mood for it cuz i couldn't really eat it. *shrug* the others started drinking and i sat out cuz the day before i had some while i was baking cookys and that made me sick. :P so we messed around there, played stupid games, talked about retarded things, and decided to go bowling at midnight. we went to some ghetto place and waited for a lane. and when we got it..we bowled for THREE HOURS. i got pretty tired of it during the 2nd game, but i kept going you know? it was pretty fun though..we had some things to talk about which were interesting as well. her two roommates are pretty fun. i wasn't even tired when i got in but i still went to bed. the next day i woke up early cuz LAR CALLED ME EARLY. *slap* and then i laid around..watched some smurfs!! and my soaps. they called me to go to goodwill at 2.30? i spent most of the time sitting in the CAR though..cuz we went some long-ass way and two big trains went through town. *snork* we didn't stay too long cuz allan had to practice. *shrug* went to visit wilson but not for very long because the sonics game was on. ;P home and lar and i got pizza and ate..then we fell asleep at the same time, during change of heart BEFORE we even saw their dates! i guess we were both tired. and we slept til 9.30pm..i woke him up and we laid around and then went to bed and talked more, which was fun. :) today is friday and i do have math lecture but i'm not going. it's so dreary outside, and it's been raining so hard lately. *pah* i want to have a good weekend this weekend, but i'm not sure what we should do. i should see what movies are out.. *hmm* not sure what's going on early today though. i woke up at 7.30! i'm not sure why, i guess i really wanted to update/email people. annie and wilson mentioned lunch at the spaghetti factory... but i guess that's all from here. the update would be longer but i'm not mentioning a few things for a good reason. btw..here's a bad picture of annie and me when we were walking into the HUB on the 10th: damn collegeclub! last old entry was November 10, 1999. November 17, 1999: so i had this dream.....that my family and i were walking to california. we had all our gear and backpacks and were walking along the freeway. we began our trip in seattle, though. after a day of walking we reached olympia and to our 'home.' which means, it felt like home but it wasn't the real house that i lived in and also, i had this feeling/knowing that this was also the house in the filter music video for "take a picture." (which i haven't seen yet.)and i was getting a tour of the house(my house) from the lead singer of filter. he was asking me if i remembered this room, where this part of the video was taken and i agreed to everything. so i guess in my dream i have seen the video. but the day was getting long and we showed no signs of continuing to california. so then i asked my family how we were getting back up. my sister told me this guy from her work was going down to california to visit his sister and would get her. and i don't remember if my parents said they weren't coming back or if they had another route. either way, i was on my own. but i remembered that this was 'my house' and i had a computer in my room. i go there, to get online and check the fare on south west airlines because they have that $99 one way thing.... and that was my dream, weird huh? what was more weird was that when i told michelle, she told ME that she had a dream where a south west airplane had crashed into water and was just sitting there, floating. i asked if there was a house in the filter video and she said there was. so now i want to see it to know whether the house i saw in my dream is really in the video! ;) as for other things... i had a super long vacation last week because of veteran's day. i really could have been off since tuesday, but i decided to go to my class on wednesday..but then for some reason i didn't show up for friday. :P the weekend was pretty blah. the only saving graces were...my $7 painters pants from old navy. now i'm glad that i didn't decide to buy a pair for over $20 because they fit all weird. whose body goes straight up and down? the waist is big, while the seat is small. *shrug* well, it was only $7..i'll stick to shirts. :P then lar and i went to see "dogma" and that was pretty funny! i got a sick feeling in my stomach though..cuz i could see how some freak could apply this to their own situation and go around killing people. *gak* but as i look on mrshowbiz.com i see that pokemon(!) is #1 and with a big lead! *chuckles* anyways, i guess this is good enough i just wanted to get on and post my dream. :D ps: what the HELL is up with my directory being out of alpha-order? how am i supposed to FIND anything now?! *Throws hands* if anything...if i get peeved ENOUGh about this...i may move my page over to the one i can get from my schoo w/o banners!!!!!!! November 20, 1999i've been remembering bits and pieces of dreams i've been having, which is interesting. the dream i had after the one i posted involved a black man (no, wilson, not larry) and for some reason i was serving him water...that i put salad fixings in. i used my own orange pitcher, with water from my PUR filter, and filled it with salad from my bag o' salad. weird.the rest of the school week was okay. i probably failed my math quiz but i just didn't care. that was thursday. i also met up with michelle and we watched tuesday's buffy together and went to get some snacks before we would go and see tim roth! he was at our school to show his new movie (which is 3yrs old): "The War Zone." and this movie was about incest, and so you know how that went. i guess it was alright, i was mostly in shock because i didn't know what this was about..i thought "war" you know? *shrug* meesh and i saw him and were pretty close and afterwards, he answered a few questions and was pretty cool about it. when they shooed everyone into the lobby, there were still people around gawking, so meesh wanted me to take pictures and i took two, but people probably got in the way at the very last second. but it was a strange evening. friday morning i woke up semi-early because i had to do some extra credit for CMU. the time i had before section i read the paper. class itself was so-so, i'm anxious about this paper i have due on tuesday...i need points fast. and at 12.30 i met everyone at red square. scott was there so we'd have lunch, but we were waiting on lar..who ended up being nearly 30mins late? that sucked waiting for him, but it's alright. the others left to do whatever. lunch was fine, there was some conversation about why cracker jacks in boxes were better than the bag..and then lar convinced me to skip math. *yay* we basically went home and fell asleep. later that night we were gonna meet up with meesh and mike and do stuffs..so i was excited. but lar and i were about 30mins late meeting them, but it was okay cuz they were 15mins late. :) we ate at the food court.. got jipped at ivar's..and then went wandering around the mall. we bought out tickets and then AFTER michelle bought her expensive candy, they decided to go to target (right next door) to buy stuffs.. they took a long time! turns out, mike broke the drink we bought.. in a plastic bottle, but he dropped it and the cap broke. what are the odds? *L* the movie: "Sleepy Hollow" was pretty good. johnny depp was funny...and it was pretty nasty too! but i liked some of the special effects and it was interesting how tim burton interpretted it. after that we weren't quite ready to call it a night and went to eat at sharis and talked a little. we didn't really talk about our new year's plans (we're doing something together) but it's still early to plan and buy pretty things to wear. ;) lar and i are home now..the apartment has been a mess for the past couple weeks...i have much work to do for the weekend, but since it's still my time to goof off..that's what i'll be doing until i go to bed. nite! November 23, 1999: 7:10amit's so early in the morning, why am i up? because of REGISTRATION. oy! i got two of the classes i wanted, BUT..things are kind of messed up cuz i had to get into the same CMU class as weese..but there's still time to fix things up. but, the rest of the weekend was pretty boring. i spend sunday working on my CMU paper but i left for a chunk of 4hrs to go to lynnwood(sp?) and to the airport to pick up weese! he went to california for the weekend..and when we (annie and me, nelson and allan didn't get out of the car *shrug*) got him he said he missed us. *awww* he also said that he sent us postcards, they haven't come yet. *taps foot* monday morning i woke up early instead of rolling around in bed until about noon. i finished up my CMU paper and poked at math homework. math was nothing special...he did hand us a ditto, i guess i should have looked at it. :P we left early cuz it was just review. *shrug* i met annie at "the spot" and we waited to see who else would show. but when no one did, we left..and as soon as we did.. weese calls my name! he was mad we didn't wait. *heh* grabbed some lunch and then i told them i couldn't hang out or anything because 1) i had work to do and 2) i had to wait for UPS! so UPS came and i got my package. MAN! it stinks! literally... that's what you get for ordering something that's been in storage for god knows how long. :P but it's alright. i ordered a wool blanket and some long johns from them. lar came home and my paper was finished! we talked a little, and then he left the room to call someone (@5), but i promptly went to sleep..for 1.5hrs. ;) i got back to studying after that...i decided to just print out my paper and not worry about it any more. and i wrote a lil' something under each math problem...and then went on to do some practice problems. i kept making stupid mistakes though..so things took about 3 times as long. RAR! but i made such good progress that i was able to go to bed with lar at our usual 10pm. we had talk and i definitely feel me getting sick again. *d'oh* i woke up at 6 this morning to get my classes. and we all know how that turned out. *sigh* there's still time..... so for today..i have cmu lecture and papers are due at the END of class. and then i have some time to do some more math problems and my math midterm is @ 12.30! i'm actually GOING to my music class, so afterwards, i'm going over to weese's to hang out. i just remembered that i can't call meesh to hang out with me because she's going home today right after she's done with classes (@12.30). d'awwww! but i talked to her a couple times yesterday..so it's coo. :) annie's meeting weese and me after music. i'm not sure what's happening because class goes until 4.30 and she works at 5pm. *shrug* tomorrow morning i won't be going to my math class, though i could because we aren't leaving until 2.20pm. i'll just spend the morning getting my things ready...toss ancient foodstuffs in the garbage so i can take the tupperwares home...hopefully traffic won't be THAT bad, but we all know that it will be....and i'll be coming up on saturday. i talked to darryl yesterday about parking in this shit spot in the front of the building..he said i could. and i DON'T have to pay! since i'm only parking there from this saturday until the 15th, which is my last final. pretty cool. i guess i could have asked if i could then park it til past new years and pay then? but maybe by then he'd have me pay for two months? ah well. i got my free few weeks and i'm running with it. but the space DOES really suck. i have to back into it. *ug* i guess that's all from here, i think i'll either 1) lay down more or 2) do some more math....ayiiiiiiii. here's a postcard weese had made while he was in california. *hehehe*

November 29, 1999well, my time spent home was actually nice. :)the math midterm, however, was okay. i sped through the parts i knew in about 25mins and the rest was spent messing around with the last two problems. i'll be getting it back tomorrow. *eeek* music was boRING, there was hardly anyone there. *haw* and then i hung out with weese a lil' more. on wednesday i packed and we left around 3 to go home. it took three hours! i was exhausted when we got there. so i took a nap and woke up just in time for dawson's. *heh* thursday i woke up early while mom and dad prepared the food. they had invited their friends over...whom i don't like SO much. so i chose to eat by myself...betty wasn't even home yet. i guess there was traffic that morning as well. afterwards i went over to annie's and we hung out there. i saw jennifer again after, like, years of not seeing her. she's doing well. and then we went to get nelson since he shouldn't be driving. *nudge nudge* and we waited for tyler&heather (of the canada trip) cuz we were gonna rent a movie. we ended up getting "octopussy" after some confusion from annie. *LOL* went to tyler's for the movie, but i got so ANTSY that i wanted to go do something else! geez, i can't describe it any better..but i didn't go anywhere. i couldn't since i was driving that night. *d'aww* but as soon as the credits were rolling i was out the door, in the car, and going towards home. i threw everyone out just before 11pm...yes, i know it was still early. lar called and we talked briefly because i had a coughing fit... but i stayed up late because 1) my alarm clock didn't work! and 2) i had to wake up early for free stuff @ 6am. i was doing pretty well..i was busy doing email-related things until about 4am. and then for an hour i laid in bed with the lights on and everything, staring at the ceiling. and the next thing i know...it's 6.35am. i had told everyone i was gonna pick them up @ 6.30. oops. so NOW, i was staring at the clock, trying to remember whether this one was set 30mins ahead like my clock in seattle. after i decided that, no, it was the correct time. hell, my wrist watch was sitting right next to it.....then i thought, "hey, i can still get a shower in!" *LOL* what can i say..i wasn't thinking at all. i rolled out of bed and put on jeans..kept on my top..and left. nelson ran out the door as soon as i pulled up...annie nearly bowled me over as she was running out the door. so i guess this year i was the late one. *shrug* she said her parents had left since SIX am! but when we got there and were walking to the line..we saw them and they weren't much farther ahead of where we would be. *heh* but in the short end, we got free stuff..and bought some things. i bought a red, long-sleeved shirt, with a funky collar...matching black cardigan set with tank top inside....we all bought things so i thought that was coo. next we went to goodwill, which wasn't open...so then we went to the mall..and there wasn't anything there. then we went BACK to goodwill but nelson didn't feel like looking around any more. so then i dropped everyone off and i was home by 10am'ish. i was gonna venture out there at noon when we were meeting everyone for lunch. at least i finally got my shower...*L* annie picked me up and we met jen..and the place we were gonna eat at was closed! so we went to a burger place..which was just O-kay..but it was really nice to have 'everyone' together..like old times and stuff. :) the boys went home and we went BACK to the mall to look around. this time at mervyn's i bought a powder blue, long-sleeved shirt, with snowflakes on the collar..it's pretty! jen had to work so we went home. and then *I* went BACK to the mall AGAIN(!) with my mom and sister. and i had to drive because my sister's driving scares me...and this time at the mall i couldn't find anything that i wanted....(BALL GOWN SKIRT) and then we went home..and i just SLEPT! my cold hada crept up on me since i hadn't had any sleep and i was running around all over the place. i took some medicine and then laid on this foam pad in the living room..and slept..and then annie called me about rebekah (we ended up not meeting up with her..d'awww) and then i slept again..and then she called me again..and i slept until about 10pm. i was TIRED. i talked to lar that night as well, but not for so long because i was pretty tired...still. my sister had gone out with her friends to the movies... the next day was saturday and my sister and i went back up to seattle in the afternoon. i got home and lar and i hung out. i just wanted to sleep more, to tell the truth..but we rested a little and then went out to eat at red robin. where i got the most delicious sandwich! and surprisingly..we weren't stuffed when we left..that usually happens. but not tonight. no way. *L* we were planning to see "end of days" but lar wanted to be in "motion without moving" for a while for his stomach to settle. and once it did..the only showing we could make it to was at 11.45pm. LATE. there was another theatre showing but we had to call in for the times and when we did...at 10, the last show was at 11pm..so we just said forget it! and i finally GOT TO SLEEP! *heh* we woke up semi-early on sunday because i had to move my car to its spot...since i parked in the W2 the other night, thinking that i would leave in a lil' bit...and he had to see if he could fix his car. but that didn't happen..so that's why, currently....it's in the shop. but we didn't do much else on sunday but lay around. weese and annie were doing stuffs together all day though. i was jealous! *LMAO* naw, really i was feeling too poor and sick to go anywhere. now it's monday. i missed class today because i thought i would have to drive larry back to get his car, but that didn't happen because his part wasn't IN yet. *GRRR* so i missed schoo without 'having' to...(do you really need a reason?¿). i had a concert tonight..so i picked up meesh and weese and we went there. but then were told that this wasn't mandatory! we left and got annie and nelson to go to target..and were there for a while. i bought chips! *G* and then i dropped everyone off..and went home. lar was gonna smoke while i was out, but since the shop has his car, they have his keys as well..*duh* so he's out smoking now. and i bet he's almost done since i took a while in writing this update! but, i'm actually looking forward to going to class tomorrow. and there's another concert tomorrow night, which will be mandatory.. and even if it's not..i'm still going cuz nelson's playing.. and everyone's going so it should be fun. i'm looking forward to it. as for other things i'm looking forward to...just this friday.. lar and i will be hanging out with meesh and mike once again. we'll be watching the new bond movie. then on saturday is weese's mccarty semi-formal dance (i'm thinking valentine's day outfit?) and then moani's party...i'd like to FINALLY GO because i didn't the past two times. and i THINK mike and meesh are gonna go as well?¿ it should be coooooooo! things farther down the line are finals, xmas, and new year's..... oh yeah..i ran a red light tonight as well. i feel bad about it cuz i scared meesh. i'm just a freak like that though..i do things like speed and run red lights and nothing bad ever happens to me. *knock on wood* :) <<<< ^ >>>> |
