Mood:  lyrical

"So what would the answer be?" Toni asked Billy, while pointing at the math sheet with her pencil.
"Uhh...13?" He frowned and wiggled around a bit on Ally's bed.
"No." Toni said. "It's 27. See here, you have to times this by 2, and 13's not even close to the answer. The radius os 13.5 and times it by 2, and you get 27..then you times it by pi." He wiggled around again, kicking the bed's sides with his feet.
"Mm..." He bit his lip, and held his breath.
"Something wrong, Billy?" Ally asked, trying to stop herself from laughing outloud. He really had to go to the bathroom, and it was really obvious. Except for Toni, who didn't even notice, as she was too absorbed in finding the circumference of a small bowl. She just thought he wasn't even trying, or that he was just dumb. Really dumb. But he just had to go so bad, he couldn't concentrate.
"Uhh..." He turned bright red. "Yea, Ally? Uh, where's your uh...bathroom...!?" He said it with such urgency that Ally had to laugh.
"You know, you could have asked before, instead of waiting, although it was quite comical to watch..." She trailed off, enjoying his agony.
"Where is it!?" He snapped. "Stop mocking me!" Ally laughed.
"Ok, ok...it's just down the hall, on your right."
"God, thanks, finally!" He practically jumped off the bed, and ran out the door, almost running into it. Toni looked up from his sheet.
"Dude, what's up with him?" She asked, raising her eyebrows.
"What do you think?" Ally frowned at Toni's cluelessness.
"He...I 'unno...couldn't stand the math anymore?"
"He really really had to pee" Ally burst out laughing.
"Oh." Toni said. "Niiiice..."
"Yea, I know, huh? Still like 'im?" Ally twirled a lock of her also-chestnut brown hair.
"Yup" Toni grinned. "Man, he's kinda taking a long time...d'you think he got lost?"
"Ha!" Ally burst out. "Not a chance!...I don't think..."
"Nice Ally...so when's your mom home?"
"I 'unno" Ally shrugged, as she heard the garage open. "Like, now"
"Yea." Toni giggled. Suddenly, they heard a knock on their door. Ally paused the CD, which was now playing Avril Lavigne. Ally's mom opened the door, holding Billy by the neck of his shirt.
"Alexandria, I found him eating the jelly beans in the kitchen" Mrs. Martin said crossly. "Friend of yours?" Ally laughed and rolled her eyes.
"Yes mom, that's Billy." She said.
"He looks like a hobo. For goodness sake, he looks like he hasn't showered in weeks. Look! Look how greasy his his hair is! And his clothes...eugh..."Ally and Toni laughed. Billy looked as if he didn't know whether to laugh along with them, or burst into tears of embarrasment. He looked quite red, actually. Red, like he was really, really embarrassed, like he was SO close to tears, he was ready to cry. He put his hands to his hair with an expression so ironically funny that they had to laugh. After Ally and Toni saw his first tears of embarrassment, Ally felt sorry for him.
"K mom, just leave" She said, glancing at Billy. "You've embarrassed him enough. You made him cry. Mrs. Martin put her hand to her mouth.
"Oh, sorry..." She said. "But can you please shower? I'll wash your clothes?" Ally rolled her eyes.
"Please mom...Just go, k? C'mon Billy." She said, getting up. "I'll let you shower in my bathroom. God, we wouldn't even be in this mess, if I had remembered I actually had a bathroom in my room..." Billy sullenly stumbled into Ally's bedroom, reluctantly glancing over his shoulder at Ally's mom, who had really given him quite a scare.
